- Prime Minister Anthony Albanese’s campaign for greater online censorship has made him into a “massive international joke” on social media, according to Sky News host Rita Panahi.
Billionaire Elon Musk has been engaged in a back and forth of a war of words with the Albanese government and politicians over the video of a stabbing in Sydney.
The Prime Minister complained about people online mocking him on X following his hard push to remove the video.
“Social media has a responsibility to do the right thing here,” she said.
Ms Panahi questioned whether the Prime Minister thinks he is “above mockery”.
People are saying our PM is a joke but he isn't funny...he is very dangerous. We need to vote him out as soon as possible.
