- A Front Row POV On Ride of Fahrenheit at Hersheypark, PA! This is one of 14 roller coasters at the Hersheypark amusement park. It was the steepest roller coaster in the World when it opened over 13 years ago and is still considered to be an extremely good ride with an interesting compact layout by Intamin Manufacturing, a different type of ride that was a bit out of their wheelhouse at the time. Y’all have no idea how intense this thing actually is. It looks so tame until you get on… easily the most intense drop hill I’ve ever experienced and I loved it!

But can we just acknowledge how BEAUTIFUL that paint combo is! I really appreciate a well painted coaster but also one with striking contrasts.
It’s amazing that Hershey Park has 5 world-class Rollercoasters on it’s roster towards the end of 2023. Storm Runner, Fahrenheit, Skyrush, Candimonium, and Wildcat’s Revenge. That doesn’t even include the Lightning Racer and Great Bear, which still offer tons of fun! I hope Hershey Park’s next coaster is another launch coaster with a longer ride time than Storm Runner.

The only thing that scares me about the farenheight is I feel like I’m going to fall out of the seat when it’s going up 😂

Such an interesting coaster and really overlooked. From a geeky POV I also love the friction wheels on the outside of the track at the bottom of the lift and the catch-car thing that attaches to the back of the train.
What an incredible ride. Super smooth and great drop. This will forever be the coaster that helped me conquer my phobia of roller coasters.
This coaster is one of the most underrated coasters of all time. I LOVED this coaster! This was definitely one of my favorites and I definitely want to ride this again! I got to ride this and Skyrush the most times out of any other coaster last time I went! This coaster is amazing, and I def recommend it

Those 2 corkscrews into that ejector hill at the end are PHENOMENAL. I was absolutely floored by how good this ride is.
