haha just kidding guys, cool video, thanks for the tips!
Surprised they didn’t use a Canyon
Riding new trails without checking them out 1st is really one of the only real good training methods you can adopt for yourself, it really does benefit you not knowing were your going & gives you sharper wits to.
you know its gonna be a sick video when there is 41 likes but only 10 views!
My new favorite bike color - cake.

Respect to the cameraman who filmed perfectly half behind himself while riding in 2:40
As if not riding during lockdown isn’t enough and then one of my favourite tracks is shown first!!! Cannot wait to get back riding but for now just got to binge watch GMBN I guess!
Great piece Rich. Laying off the brakes is a good tip for almost any riding
Love to see Rich and the Don on a head to head.... all due respect to Blake.
Thanks, that acherly helped me out loads for training
Practice/ practise makes perfect
Great tips Rich 👍
Myself and some friends will hopefully be taking part in the Southern Enduro at QECP Petersfield in the hardtail category this year 😁
Best tipps for biking in CZcams in my opinion 😎👍🏼
Awesome Rich. Great tips. 👍
Hi Ritch and the whole GMBN- Team!
This video got me an idea for a topic for a video: "How to move the rear end around a corner!" I'm interested on it for years but I still could't find a good how to- video.
Cheers!
Learned a lot from this video
What you need for Enduro racing :
Really Good Fitness
All round Skill
150mm travel bike at least that works
A watch
Medium sized testicles
👍
medium/large balls
@@leovadon large balls can get in the way and cause chaffing
I love you video good job
Did any of you guys get Bike Coaching when you were learning to ride?
Alot of people do it really helps you progress, if you are in the southish uk firecrest mtb is really good
See you guys filming this at FOD, I think?🤔 had a very brief chat with Rich before one of his runs!
This Is nice
Are you guys getting the giga?
Rich has ,he posted it on his Insta
I have a 2007 specialized Stumpjumper comp and I’m wondering if I can use that for enduro racing
You can use any bike for enduro
Sorry. I’m a big fan of enduro but quite new to the disciple. I come from a rally background. Are there penalties for being under or over the time in the liaison sessions. Thanks.
Don’t quite get enduro. Why not time it all if it’s not purely about DH? Surely it should be called multi DH with some slow pedalling in between?
Because if you timed it all it would just be xc
@@OfficialClickRacing1 - Enduro still doesn’t make sense. Maybe call it lazy XC 😂
@@OfficialClickRacing1 - maybe not lazy ha ha. I don’t know 🤷♂️
Was it not much cold for jersey?)
Who wants them to use Halford bikes?
Yeah they should do how hard can you ride a £300 Halfords bike or Decathlon bike as a lot people have them bikes
Top end Boardman MTR is a Halfords bike, it would do fine.
lol, yeah! I'm still using my bike from Halfords from 17 years ago! Its not as bad as you might imagine.
Not eating enough sugar during training means you won’t get the max amount of carbs which are WAY more important Than protein intake ✌🏽
Nice
nice video
We got two of these for our daughters czcams.com/users/postUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L the same size for age 6 and 9. It works very well for both girls. Gears were very easy for them to learn. Changing gears up takes some hand strength and is a bit hard, but they are learning. They did not come with water bottle holders- we actually got confused and thought the Derailler Guard was the bottle holder!! Regardless of these details, the bikes are fantastic- even our six year old who only just learned to ride bikes caught on within an hour of practice and loves it. Lightweight and easy for them to handle. All the parts are in excellent condition and the bikes are easy to assemble and very well packaged. Great choice for kids!
New role after the Home Alone movies? 😂
Ooooo nice
I haven't birinkt in a whole race and also no food
I am none humen :)
A lot of excellent points that you pointed out
And dude I would have done that same thing with that cake
Again extra video
One day I might see you on the trail
Is this the tall thief from Hone Alone? Lol

Tip for Rich...cover the spout on your water bottle..please? Be safe mate.
