    Thanks for sharing thes... some really interesting insights. Late 70s/early 80s is where I tend to be, and it's often Deep Sleep that seems to hold me back. Need to implement a few of these tips to test a few things - I think the whole dopamine dilemma is where I'll begin

I used to be once like you and have all kinds of health improving gadgets in my place 😀 I saw Bryan Johnson have some of them which was fun seeing. I once was healed using a Vibe machine when I had anxiety which looked like warp engine from Star Trek 😂 Keep it up I enjoy your videos ! ✌️

    Hey Kyle! Have you come across The Quantified Scientist's (CZcamsr) findings? He did some professional lab tests and found some discrepancies in the Oura ring's sleep stage tracking. Curious to hear if you've found any counter-evidence or research that supports its accuracy.

      it's not perfect, but a great baseline to see patterns and trends. overtime i think it will continue to get better and better. very bullish on this type of tech in the future

    Thank you for free content and tips. But where are you getting the evidence to claim eating vegetables before protein then carbs for better blood sugar regulation up to 75%. Is it backed by the scientific literature? It sounds a bit bro sciencey to me quite frankly
