    Very clear demo and explanation. It is exactly what I learned from strength and conditioning textbooks.

    what is he saying in 2:31. I got confused at stretching part. After the leg reached to the top how much seconds do i need to wait for stretch? and how much reps?

    Sorry doc, this is not pnf pattern but ok and there is no isotonic contraction in pnf contract-relax.

      @purpleheart5837 Před rokem +1

      There's actually an isotonic stretch you can search on other sites or refer to book in Hold relax we use isometric contraction meanwhile isotonic stretch is use in contract relax.

      @@purpleheart5837 You can use it what ever you want but its not PNF pattern and contract-relax is not done that way!!!
