    I thought D2 flexion started with internal not external??

    D2 is not diagonal unless the limb crosses midpoint at full extension, correct? Curious.

      I cross one LE over the ankle of opposite extremity, but if you see it at time around 2:22 R LE is adducted past midpoint. So I guess it will work that was too. Thanks for the refresher--good video. I love using this with CVA pts.

      This is usually used for neurological patients to restore their functional movement. All the PNF diagonals are a combination of all possible functional daily movements that we use.
