How does the tilting mechanism handles when you're out of battery? Can the vehicle stand on its own? And is there a safety trick to avoid you doing a full flip if the tilting system broke while you are driving full speed?

The tilting motor is always attached so you're never moving without it. It's not like a 3 wheel motorcycle where it's unlocked when you're moving.
If you run out of battery completely whilst leaning you'll stay in that position.
Yes, there's a warning buzzer when you reach 30 degrees which increases in frequency as you get closer to the 40 degree max. It will hit the skid bars before it goes any further.

Good afternoon, you have had the Carver for a while. I also want to buy one. are you satisfied with it and are there any other points I should pay attention to?

That's a good question. I think it comes down to whether you really want one. It has it's quirks and there are issues around quality... but if it fits your purpose (I.e. commuting in a large town) and if you've spent some time getting to know it (spend at least an hour test driving) then I'd say go for it.

Why does it have to be serviced every 3000 miles? Is this because of the tilting mechanism? Most EVs require minimal servicing.

Not really sure but I think they were just being cautious at launch... I suspect this will change

    28mph though😢

I know, it's disappointing. There is a de-restrict hack but it only gives a few more MPH. Because of the complexity of the design (specifically the DVC tilting controller and BMS) modification looks unlikely. I'm hoping that my new 5kw motors will get me up to 45 MPH but without serious reverse engineering I think that will be my limit... I'm now keeping an eye on the AKO Trike project. Hopefully they'll make it into production...
