- It's time for another practice run video, for the World Jigsaw Puzzle Championship, which is going to be in September, in Spain, where I will be competing in all three categories - individual, pairs and groups 🙌🏻
I am not sure if I'm getting any better or not, because my time depends so much on the puzzle, that it's difficult to see an improvement 😅

Well done!! 🤩 I really should start practising as well, but we have the most beautiful summer right now and I haven't really figured out yet how I could do puzzles outside without pieces falling through the cracks of our terrace... But luckily there's always the last minute panic! 😄
Thank you! I know how you feel! We have a lovely summer now as well, which makes it difficult to stay in and puzzle 😅 Make sure to use the rainy days for some puzzling then 🤗

I expect you to get sub 1 hour times for the competition puzzles "Colorful London Townhouses" and "London Postcard"...
Thank you! I think I am losing perspective on which puzzles are difficult - I just assume all are easy, because they only have 500 pieces 😂🙈 Wow, I wish! I haven't done any puzzle under 1 hour so far 😅

Those first two puzzles look so tricky! You had great times for both considering their difficulty. I know what you mean about feeling that you are getting slower. It also feels that the more I practice, the slower I'm getting. I can't wait to puzzle with you. I have to figure out how to pack a bunch of puzzles to bring with me so we can practice. No matter how we do in Spain, I know we are going to have so much fun puzzling all together. 💜🧩

I think I'm just becoming too relaxed now 🤣 I can't wait to puzzle with you either! 🤩 And yes, definitely packing some puzzles - maybe leave the boxes at home, and just put the puzzles in a sealed bag. And I agree with you! This is gonna be so much fun, regardless of how well we do 🙌🏻🙌🏻
I think you did pretty good on your practice run. I think it's smart to take different lighting into consideration.
Thank you! I wasn't sure if there was any point in doing that, but I could see the difference when puzzling, so definitely a good thing for practice 😁👌🏻
Image can make a difference with how fast you can put it together. That mountain one was not easy, nor was the waterfall one. Both those puzzles had colours that were tricky to do. Time of day can also make a difference, later in the day means that you are tired to some degree. I find I can't puzzle as well in the evening as I can in day time as the light is not so good. All you can do is your best and enjoy yourself. 🙂I shall be interested to see what your times are for the four puzzles from 2022. 🧩🧩
I have noticed that yes! I did struggle quite a bit, with the first two puzzles, so I'm quite glad I did them when the sun was out 😅 I agree with you about puzzling in the evening - I become slower as well, and my eyes get tired quickly. Well, I'll be tackling 2 of them quite soon, so I think it'll be quite interesting to see how I do 😅🙈
