My DME doesn’t have the p30i, their selection is crappy. I have the p10 which I do like, just don’t like hose in the front. I told my DME that I won’t be getting anything from them anymore, always sending me the wrong stuff. Thanks Mr. Dimples aka James, I think this will be my next mask.

Yes, the CPAP accessories should be replaced yearly to make sure you are getting clean, CPAP therapy. The silicone can degrade over time, the headgear will stretch out, and the water container can accumulate build up.
