Just some free advice to those high paid Chelsea "recruiters" - spend a little time, do some research and find some established experienced players(+29) on every line with winning ambitious and expiring contracts for free or a just for a small amount. Sign with just 1-2 years contracts. This could help some of these youngsters to not degrade and lose their potential under such pressure and perhaps even to develop

We had 2 defenders who have hardly started a game, mudryk and madueke give you nothing defensively,our 3 midfielders have to play every game because the others are never fit.our top goalscorer wasn't available.we gad no one over 25 yrs old playing and 5 starters injured.

They had Lukaku and they didn't even consider him. Lukaku has scored 19 goals this season for Roma, in spite of his injuries. They had Joao Felix and they refused to resign him on loan. He's not a starter for Barcelona yet he has 10 goals. They made decisions and put their faith in a lad that cannot finish. Feel for Poch, he sets up the team well, they create chances and cannot finish.
