    Thing about that play was lindholm banked the puck to an open area knowing pasta had a chance to get there. Leafs assumed he was just dumping it in and weren't skating hard but it was a pass the entire time

    • @TheFoolintherainn
      @TheFoolintherainn Před 20 dny +3

      Agreed. And you're the only comment I've seen similar to mine.
      The video description says "dump" - the play-by-play guy needs to look directly at lindholm's eyes. He knew exactly where he was putting that and waited for his Lane to be clear. Taking control of time and space.
      And the goal he scored?
      In both situations, he was channeling Krejci - bending time and space
      Pasta's goal was great - that's what we expect from him. Pasta can get goalies to drop, he knows how to do that like a bull in a china shop
      Lindholm's goal was phenomenal!
      He just slowed that puck right down and chose his mouse hole. Throwing the timing off that puck. He threw a softball pitch instead of a fastball.
      If it had rebounded, it wouldn't rebound out far. It would drop.
      I'm betting he's one hell of a pool/billiards player!
      I like this guy's hockey vision. And he wanted to be a bruin. Took less money to do so.
      Nice to meet another Lindholm fan! With a great eye for hockey vision.

    I called this back in Game 4 when the Bruins went up 3-1. I couldn't see the Bruins losing twice at home ice especially to a team with a poor playoff record. The reality is in a game 7 win or go home playoff game, ANYTHING can happen and ANY team can win but lets all be real here, what we all witnessed here is destiny.
    Another playoff season, another Leafs early exit.
    Besides Nylander's late series goals in game 6 and 7, stepping up and giving Toronto hope that they could pull of a series win, where were the rest of the Leafs players?
    One can only wonder where do the Toronto Maple Leafs go from here? The core players of this team are simply not getting the job done, especially in the playoffs and the Shanahan 10 year plan is turning into a nightmare for this team. Something needs to change for Toronto and quickly.
    Answers are far and few between, but this team needs a reality check real quick, real fast because its not fair to the team and its fans to continue losing in such a way.
