Brother even I was hypnotized by the looks and interiors but you know what they say "NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY IT'S COVER!!". I think the the Audi Q3 is a much better option
If a budget car(Citroen c3 )has this type of door handles it's cheap,now if it's given by bmw it is premium

Need the petrol variant to get tested, haven’t seen any reviews of it yet, I want to see how underpowered that 136 Hp 1.5L feels on this car. Absolutely sad to see that at 50L+
@@nandanp2733 that’s actually an even bigger joke, Cars like Kushaq and cars with Hyundai’s new 1.5 engine are getting these beautiful 150hp+ 4 cylinder engines while BMW is clowning around with a 3 cylinder at that exorbitant price point

Was so damn eager to watch your review on the new X1 and finally, it's here. BMW definitely has upped their game with the LCI by providing amazing features and a beautiful interior, but they seem to have compromised on the driving pleasure in lieu of luxury and aesthetic appeal. A 3 cylinder 1.5 liter petrol engine isn't something you wanna see in a BMW, given the fact that cars being sold at half the price offer more power and torque as compared to the 18i. The 18d has adequate performance stats, but still, it appears to be quite lackluster. They should have offered the 23d as the top most Diesel variant imo. Overall, I feel that BMW may have missed out on the opportunity to provide a car that could have been best of both worlds in this segment, namely, luxury and performance. It excels in luxury and tech but not really in performance. It looks pretty good tbh.

I tested and booked x1 23i xdrive in uk market. It was pretty punchy with 214bhp. Wish they launch it in indian market.

@@sarthakpandey1887 currently am using jeep compass bs6 diesel manual for the last 3 years .. planning to upgrade to x1 .. except engine and powerfigures x1 best .. also I was part of the x1 unveiling event at Banglore … lot of improvements inside the cabin .. not under the hood ..
At least they should keep 190 PS petrol and diesel engine .. then it will be the best pick for me ..
From 3 series, they are still the best cars for driving pleasure.

Its still the same diesel engine you get in 320d and x3 20d , but in detuned engine map so that it wont affect the sales of x3. But the engine can be tuned to 190hp and 400nm .
How to tune that engine?

If u want a budget bmw go for x1, if u really enjoy driving pick 6GT if u can exceed ur budget. Bt for any avg Indian roads 330 li is more than sufficient wid it's 250 hp n sleek design

Basically 15 lac (1 lac per square feet) premium over a tiguan/tucson for a better interior? Inferior to the others in most ways.
These 5 seated cars are getting adjustable second row seats but Mahindra is still not offering this function in its 7seater SUVs

Rn, there is no desirable BMW in the 50-60 lk range except for the brand ornamental snob variety. 3 series in standard wheel base was the best. The lwb is for old people in the rear seat and a bit long. The 3 series started below this new x1 money too.

Was considering to buy an entry level luxury SUV, very happy with my choice of the Audi Q3 40TFSI, Have always been a BMW fanboy but seeing the downgrade in power was a big turn off.
