@@tommatson1614 The bag can be locked, but it does require 2 locks. The side zipper provides access to the main compartment through a second, inner zipper and this also needs to be locked (zipper to daisy chains is likely the best option) to prevent access to the duffel.
Hi Rebekah, Unfortunately, it looks like this color has been discontinued by Patagonia. You can find the other available colors (and all of the gear we feature) at our online store: www.backcountryedge.com/black-hole-duffel-90l-2015.html?.com&YYjgsBPE
This looks the same size as my new 70L one. Got me wondering if mine was mislabeled.
how do i roll it?
Are there two zippers in the u shaped compartment? Can you lock the main compartment zipper?
The main access point does have two large, durable YKK zippers. Unfortunately, they are not built for compatibility with standard TSA locks.
@@Enwild Hi there - just to clarify, this bag cannot be locked due to the zipper style?

Backcountry Edge, so sad to hear that. Thank you for your help!
can this be a carry-on bag?
+kayinsik If fully packed, the 90L Black Hole Duffel will be far too large to be a carry-on item.
You think you can put this in the airplane with you or have to check it out?
At a glance, I'd say you're definitely gonna have to check this
@@Enwild thanks for the answer, do you think the 60L will fit in the airplane or have to go with 40L
@@Snappingttturtlle The 60L might work if it isn't fully loaded. It's really best to check what your airline's specific requirements are.
it's too big for carry on. You will have to check it into the cargo hold
@@Snappingttturtlle 60L too big for carry on. 40L will work
bro didn't take any clothes....thats gonna be an uncomfortable trip
