Hi! Sadly, our Black Hole Duffel 100L does not offer a sternum strap. We are incredibly sorry about that.

@patagonia thx. How come my 2018 Patagonia black hole MLC 45 liter grey back from 2018 looks different from the newer, later ones that came out in say, 2021, 2022 & 2023? The design looks different between 2018 and now.
