I played eve echoes at launch for 1 year and was vary active in a top corp and came back to eve a few months ago, and im completely lost. It's pretty rough for new players, and people give info but not helpful because there is so much to know that vets take for granted.
I don't understand your fit. What's with the particle bore and the core probe launcher.
particle bore is just loot from an npc, sorry, the core probe launcher in case i want to go to wormys

I know you love eve and that is great. But for a newbie it is hard to know where to go and what to do. What skill do I invest in. What quests is for me. You are blind. Even before you start paying for playing, it is not easy to know what to do. Join a fraction or not. The game is so big and it is not easy getting started, without spending a lot of money. And that I would not recommend.
I'm sorry to hear that you haven't enjoyed playing EVE, but I have to disagree. I've been playing EVE for pretty much a year now. I'm an alpha clone and haven't spend real money on anything (and I'm not planing on doing so in the near future). So you don't have to pay anything to get startet if you don't want to.
Sure, EVE is a massive game, I'm still learning and exploring new aspects of the game, but that's one of the many reasons why I like EVE so much.
EVE is not for everyone, but I'd still recommend everyone to try it out. The worst that could happen is realizing that EVE just isn't for you
@@Sebe_r35 I did try and they changed the payment years ago. So It is not for me anymore, because of that. But for new players. Someone like you who knows the game. I am sure they would like some advice.
Look up magic 14, load those skills into you que, all to level 4. Do the starter missions that interest you, choose what you think you will enjoy (you can change this later) if you hyper-focus on a specific thing you can get decent results in a couple of months and slowly build some isk.look at the bonuses the ship of your choice has and work with them. Level your weapon of choice that matches your ship selection to at least 3 (or mining lasers if you want to shoot rocks) if you choose combat, focus on frigates. Do not go for bigger ships, I know it’s shiny and appealing but it won’t serve you well. Enlist in your faction militia and do plex sites, in doing so engage in PvP. Choose your fights, only fight 1v1, always be pinging d-scan. Have d-scan open in its own window. Do not auto pilot. Learn d-scan before you go into low sec. It’s not as hard as it appears, it’s just there’s so much choice that people tend to skill a little into everything and in the beginning it doesn’t help you, just hurts you and makes you mad then quit.
Played this game for 20 years... my OMEGA expired, was on my way to JITA to buy PLEX and every fkn thing my pointer touched had pop ups screaming at me to buy OMEGA... FK CCP, DONE!

Think your full of shit bud. I have never seen an in game pop up once. In the two years I've been playing.
