As someone who has been very critical of McClean I thought he put in his best shift of this season, Evans just seemed like his mind was elsewhere bc those tackles were very uncharacteristic of him, but I'd personally give man of the match to Tozer. He had one of his best matches against Colchester and was the anchor that kept us from conceding too many times to count. I firmly believe if he wasn't on the pitch we would've lost.

Great first time at Wrexham yesterday me and my youngest son had a fantastic day everyone was so friendly and the game was great the did fantastic with only 10 men shame about the ref being a bit one sided a few fouls was missed against Wrexham

I was half-joking with my roommate that I think Wrexham will pick up Billy Sharp now that he is out of contract. He talked a big game when he was under contract with the Galaxy.. he has softened his tone so much recently. Aging footballer.. played above this league.. chance to redeem himself with the wrexham fans. Do I think it's gonna happen? Nothing surprises me with wrexham..

Billy Sharp - Championship player last season on a free in January. Time to forget, forgive and focus on promotion to League One next season.

We will be targeting championship players in January. Maybe L1 that’s played higher. Need to be looking offshore as well. Good players in Ligue 2 as well as Everdise. We need central defenders, center midfield and a backup striker. I’d like to see us send Bicks to the VNL, maybe Southend or Bromley. Maybe even woking. All play direct and it would allow him to get pitch time

Look into Liam Miller on loan to Preston NE from Basel this year.
He is a Canadian National but has dual citizenship in the UK.
You might be able to swing a deal as Basel just want him off their books since they fired the manager that brought him in and the new manager made it clear he never wanted him.

Haven't really kept up or seen any updates, does that mean they aren't building the new stand this season??
To my knowledge there was difficulty with planning due to phosphorus in the soil. Now that has been solved the stand is scheduled to be built during the 24/25 season, being ready for the 25/26 season. I am unsure how this will be fully financed as yet because the Conservative government turned down our application for a levelling up grant. The Welsh government, however, have allocated 26 million to a Wrexham Gateway project, some of it going into the construction of the new stand.
If anyone knows anything more please share.
@williamnelson-gj8wi Thanks William appreciate the info mate. Yeah I was a bit shocked they didn't get that grant. Hopefully they don't hit any other big hurdles in the meantime too🤞. Temporary stand looks good though should serve the purpose well
