When the dad was turning into zombie and started having flashback of his newborn daughter.... That was the moment that broke me and I haven't healed yet.
That and when the little girl was singing, completely destroyed me 😭

No one talks about the train conductor, this dude was about it as much as anyone. He was very brave and was rarely seen
He was super cool - he was like a captain ready to go down with his ship
Exactly my thoughts!
Brendan Griffith ikr he was like my fate will be yours
He was too nice if he would’ve let that business guy die that dad would still be alive and the conductor wouldve lived too
That’s true ! He was very brave until his unfair end ...
Legit everyone on that train would've survived if only that guard had been paying attention. YOU HAD ONE JOB.
ai ko LITERALLY
Like what the heck
@@khezya9491 not really, they would have still got off at the first station and got chased by the soldier zombies. Although, way more people would have survived.
@@brandon.h9624 Would they have actually realised there were zombies in time though? Remember how long it took for everyone to react to the zombie jockey-ing on the stewardess. Now instead of one zombie jumping on one person, there's 50 military zombies jumping on 50 people. More people probably would have died at the first station if they hadn't already had the experience from the train.
@@monarchlaciel3057 true they would probably be skeptical, but the moment the soldiers start attacking the first row of people I bet everyone would have ran in panic, leading to more deaths. But better chances of survival as the train as 0 zombies.

When the daughter kept saying "don't go, don't go"
And the father just breaks down because he realises that he couldn't keep the promise he made her.
Man that moment broke me too.
Same. I've got a 5 year old girl and that part brought me to tears.
It still does
Same. I don’t even have a kid and that moment broke me HARD. And her singing at the end? Omg 😭
Same.
He also breaks down because it's the only moment in the movie where she talks to him in casual speech (instead of polite speech, which is a big deal since it shows how much she wasn't close to her father).
Levels of politeness can't be translated in the subtitles but it makes the scene even more emotional

The real hero is the old sister who punish all the stupid people in car 15. You go, grandma!
If she didn't punish them the business guy wouldn't have killed so many
Etho The Great, Given he is willing to literally throw people at zombies to save himself it’s no lost to society.
As for the rest of passengers in car 15, well if they are naive enough to listen to him they would have probably started a riot in the safe zone or something so again no lost to society.
YES THA YOU I was so happy when she opened the door like why are they kicking out those people and staying closer to the zombies. And with all those zombies the door would have been bound to break down eventually
I honestly think only the business guy should die, everyone else deserves another chance as they weren't as selfish so they might actually increase the chance of the main characters surviving.
@@peterdavids31 well if it turned out like that it would ruin the whole plot of the story and the turning points of it too.

Watching this in 2020 during a worldwide pandemic hits different
hollywood trying to do a remake of this movie is just wrong. It's already perfect as it is. And there are cultural and historical reasons in the movie that they cant replicate. Like the reason Busan was the only city that survived is because back then when the Japanese invaded Korea and Americans werent there to help them, Busan was the only one that wasnt invaded and accepted the victims and refugees who came from Seoul. If Hollywood is to remake this, the last surviving city wouldnt be as meaningful because afaik there's no city in US mainland that had been invaded like that
Hollywoods trying to remake?

When Justin Bieber music comes on but you’re stuck in a helicopter.
Lol underrated comment
the reason the first girl took a while to turn is because she tied a tourniquet around where the bite was, so it slowed the transformation. Other people were mostly bit on the neck, face, shoulders. To me this would make sense that the transformation is quicker because the bite is closer to the brain. As for Seok-woo, Sang-hwa, my guess is that they had enough time to fight and say their goodbyes because where they were bitten didn't have much flesh, so it probably traveled only through the veins that were cut from the bite. For Jin-hee, she didn't have any tourniquet so she turned rather quickly. And who knows, this movie is as good as it is because it doesn't explain everything. We don't exactly know what caused this, why, and what comes next. Who knows if infection times differ on a person's health, age, etc. Even in the end with Su-an and Seong-kyeong we don't get a confirmed dead zombie. One of the crispy zombies in the carnage by the entrance to the military sanctuary moves and makes noise, which means it could still be alive, but just rendered immobile. Even the zombies that fell off the helicopters survived the falls.
The pregnant lady (Seong-kyeong) and her husband (Sang-hwa) were the BEST of the lot. They were capable, smart and brave as hell.
[Spoiler I guess]
Though I knew Sang-hwa was gonna cark it anyway, I still got really upset.
He would've made a great dad.
That husband is the type of man we all want to marry.
Muva Foo True
Yessss he was an amazing character and would’ve been a great dad.It always makes me sad when I think about how their family deserved better.😞
Muva Foo I'm not a woman but I can't say that I disagree with you.
Womans look for a husband that will care about they because of they are as persons, someone in where you can trust in the good or in the bad.
Or I mean, I would like to recive that treatment if someday I get married, because for the moment I'm just too young for that things (17 years old).
I cried when he died, He was my favorite character and he deserved SO much better.
I watched this movie solely because it was recommended by Netflix and I was not disappointed. Just like I'm never disappointed with your videos.
Brandy Myers is this movie on Netflix?
Sterben yup
ABrandy Myers
Same! I was going through their horror movie section when I stumbled across it. Best decision ever!
Bro the villain is so well made
when i saw the movie title on netflix, i clicked faster than i ever have before. this movie never fails to make me cry and the performance of all the actors/actresses, amazing.
100/10 would recommend
This 6 min summary legit made me emotional.
At this point, the zombies aren’t even the villains “ so called rich guy” is
Yeah, Zeds could be considered a force of nature at that point, neither good nor evil
Zombies can’t be villains they’re innocent civilians who got diseased and are out of control
That has always been the point of the Zombie, it is not about the zombies but rather us, about how we can be incredibly cruel and selfish when faced with a crisis and our own desire to survive.
I broke when the girl started singing at the end. 😭
I was shook
Bruh, I am crying rn.
@@rockbeauty3439 same and I've never seen this movie before what the fuck
DREDAYZ lol ya
@@silvia4037 same
I will always cry when I watch the end when she's singing. This movie is so good 😩 I really enjoyed it
Honestly I've rarely ever had movies make me full on cry and break down and this was one of the few that managed to make me break.
I never thought a movie where I had to read the entire time could make me ball my eyes out.
@Graeme Hollingsworth i never thought a movie where i had to read the entire time could make me dunk my eyes out
Ball so hard eyeballs gotta find me
This movie made me cry more than any other movie ever has, characters that I became super invested in just kept dying and I probably cried like 7 times.
Same, it was terrifying how much tissue I used 😢😢😭
OmL and I thought I cried during this movie
I saw this movie several yrs ago, I'm a zombie freak, and now it's so popular, plan on watching it again and looking forward to watching the sequel
I watch this movie once every few months, I think I’ve seen it at least a dozen times. And I NEVER rewatch movies. And I still cry every single time
2:44 "Because these people are turning into zombie fidget spinners"
That line got me😂😂😂
Ya stole a comment dud
Just because someone commented about liking a joke, other people can’t do the same?
@@idtwo_4657 sorry its my brother ( not lying :P )
Lexicon Games You probably lying but whatever at least you apologized
ZOMMY NOONIM same
Seriously this has to be in the top 5 zombie movies ever made and ive watched SO MUCH Zombie movies. The Little girl crying for her dad "not to go" was really killing me😭😭😭. Plus i really liked the action and how great the zombie acting was. They really went all out on that.
@Genevieve17 My bad for the late reply i just saw this. Anyway a list of the all best 5 ever made will of course be super subjective and riddled with classics cause they are classics sometimes. But Personally my top 5 favorites (in no particular order) are:
-Train of Busan
-Shaun of the Dead
-Zombieland
-The Return of the Living Dead
-Dawn of the Dead
There are many more i can recommend depending on your preference of more serious or more comedic.
@@ninjastorm540 imagine not including 28 days/weeks later
Yes. I LOVED the zombie extras in this movie. Although it did go a little World War Z at times with the CGI.
@@peace7642 Yea those are definitely great too but i tried to add a mix of Funny and serious zombie movies depending on taste. Depending on what type he or she wanted i could have put that too. plus it wasnt in a particular order.
@Brenda Segundoill take your advice and check it out. i do enjoy those types too lol.
When the dad died that was the closest I've been to crying in a long time
Personally I believe they turn the moment they die. The girl that ran on was bitten on her leg while the others were bitten at their neck. Therefore it makes sense it took longer for her to turn compared to the others. Just a thought :)
Well, that baseball cheerleader girl was also bitten in the leg, but she turned very fast too.
I thought the girl turned later because she had a whole tourniquet thingymajig. Y'know, to stop all the zombie cooties. At least for a little while.
Or maybe... plot holes.
She was feasted on for a bit there, wasn't just one bite
And especially since she tied up her leg to slow down the virus, unlike the baseball girl who was bitten on the thigh
