Red chilli or piriyan mulak used and also how much water to add..you did not mention amount of water
Hi dear :) You can take any chilli .. i took piriyan chilli / Kashmiri chilli.. Water depends on the amount of banana. I took 1 litre of water. Please check the ingredients in the description box too :)Good Luck

Fermentation doesn't need air from outside, and during fermentation you should use an airlock for preventing outside bacteria to enter into the jar.
Because of pressure ....bottle breaks ..that why ...and it happpened to me alsoo
