I made this and stored in the exact same swing top bottle after filtering it out on day 3.. on day 4 i tried to open the bottle and the swing top cap burst open and flew like champane and everything fizzed out of the bottle. i had enough empty space in the bottle.
So DO NOT KEEP in a swing top bottle for 10days continuously without opening. There will be a LOT of pressure build up.
But the recipe came out really well.

Keeping inside fridge will stop fermentation....but if u keep it outside again....fermantation can start....so its better to store inside fridge.

I tried but on 3rd day a white layer is formed at the bottom of the bottle... it's very thick... is it normal?do I have to mix well and filter it?
