its a magnet stir bar , wraped in non chemical reactive resin polymer that is made to spin by another magnet below the heat plate

Is it suitable media for growing of Ecoli?
Yes, it is, however for specific growth of E.coli, you need to grow colony from this agar first on MacConkeys agar and then on EMB agar which is selective for E.coli.
