See, the fact that this seems like "Morgana's" house (she's got the bigger bathroom and its designed to her tastes) actually always made me think that her family USED to be wealthy. They fell on harder times, and so she married Thorton for his wealth. It fits well with the "because this is what's expected of me" of Thorton, makes sense with the visual narrative of the house, and opens up several fun narratives. After all, Morgana thought she could have it all, but her low level career suggests that she's more just been expecting it than that she's working for it. She had the same expectation of "I get what I want" when she chose to marry Thorton, which explains why she never had these discussions before. If you assume she came from wealth, then that naive and somewhat self-centered viewpoint makes a lot of sense, and now she's coming to understand that that's not how life actually works. Now she has to face reality, and have to make the hard choices about whether she'll accept the comfortable life she's accustomed to or if she's willing to give up all that for the risk of what she wants. It adds more interesting stakes out of everything.

When I used to play the Sims 3 religiously, Morgana and Thornton's marriage always seemed like an arraigned marriage to me. How else is it that you don't know your spouses two major personality traits clash with yours? But when looking at how high their relationship bar is, that also didn't make much sense. So then I thought that it was friends how got together because of how well they got along, and the slowly found out how incompatible they were that way. But then...I finally took a look deeper into things and found out the truth. And especially looking at Thornton's bio, it clicked in my head that 'Oh, it was because he wants to show off that he's the big and successful guy with a hot wife, instead of actually having that because he loved her..' And also, the house always seem to be more of Morgana's house than a house they had together. What I thought as her bathroom (because of the makeup) is so much more grand than the other one, to the point the other bathroom seemed like a afterthought. And I always thought that Morgana was more of the entertainer, with her charismatic trait and her family-oriented trait, so she would obviously have much more use for all the entertainment objects. Thornton seemed like just someone who would have his coworkers over just to brag and not really to hang out. But I guess with her career, she couldn't have that house on her own...Unless she had to change up what she did in order to please Thornton. Like, even her clothes scream that she's not having the life she wants. Those neutral colors with her purple shirt and bracelets...IDK, it just seems like with Morgana's personality, she would have a much more 'out there' sense of style than what she has in the game.
I would have her get pregnant, have him cheat, her catch it, and then her move on with the baby, her career, and her Ambitions. Then have her meet a wonderful person later on and have a big happy family with them
I always do that too or have Morgana cheat with Leighton and get pregnant by him and then Thornton finds out and they get divorced. But in my games Morgana pretty much always ends up with Leighton.
In my game, she caught Thornton cheating with Jamie, ran to library where she met and fell in love with Sekemoto and then ended up with him. They had 5 children together.
I love Morgana so much, I always break her and Thornton up and have her start a relationship with Leighton Sekemoto Wait I just noticed that Morgana and Leighton's outfits match. Coincidence? I think not!
I see these two as both essentially good people who just didn't have much of a say in their marriage. I think both want to do right by each other, and that Thornton and Jamie were close as children, but his parents always disapproved of her. Morgana resents Jamie not particularly because of her personality (they're actually both cultured and driven career women who should really get along), but because she's a reminder of how their marriage is doomed.
This is so neat haha. Back in my Sunset Valley days I only ever played my own sims. Never even looked at pre-mades. I'll need to start a new game to give Morgana the life she deserves. Oh and snack report, lemon curd greek yogurt and fruity herbal iced tea.
Her bio implies its their child given it mentions that her mum is always calling asking when shes going to have grandchildren (sounds much more like morgana then the kind of woman who'd have a son like thornton)

Also, she doesn't look like Morgana, and I don't think Thornton would have kids with Morgana, just like Fryda doesn't want kids. I think the wiki got it correct that they are siblings instead of father and daughter. Maybe their father was a bad male figure and their wife was an overcontrolling/neurotic mom and that's why they don't want to have kids but she demanda them to.
Morgana and Leighton are perfect for each other, I'm surprised I didn't put them together earlier years. She is a paramedic, Leighton is an athlete, one can imagine that they may know each other because of Leighton's sports injuries. Or during vaccination on public lot. I tried to rebuild Lone Wolf before (unsuccessfully) into a house for 5 kids, but it was too difficult, redoing Sekemoto's house was much easier! But with regard to Thornton, his biography also makes us think about his condition and goals. The name of their house basically reflects his fate, because I really don't believe that Jamie has a future with him, because she doesn't look for easy ways either, I believe that they are just friends
On another note, I just think it’s morganas personal jealousy. Jamie’s whole thing is being beautiful and talented and having a good relationship with her husband. It could make one displeased but it’s been a while since I played with her

I fixed her storyline two times. On my first save she caught Thornton cheating with Jamie Jolina. She then moved away to her best friend Pauline Wan and stayed there for a few days. Then she met Connor Frio and they started dating. She had three kids with him :D On second save the storyline was similar but she left Thornton because she wanted new life, she met Tamara Donner and moved away with her to Appaloosa Plains, then they fell in love, had horses and two kids

I ❤ Morgana Wolff!! She’s my fave Sims 3 character. I’ve played many story lines out giving her a fulfilling life. One of them I decided to also play Thornton and have him woohoo several ladies in town (he might not like kids but he liked making them) 😉. He passed away while dancing a jig after finding out what an atrocious reputation he had around town. 😂Which was pretty much populated entirely by him. 36 kids, 114+ grandkids and 46+ great grandkids. 😮😅 a full house with Jamie (and others). I pretty much broke my game on that one.
it's very long sorry. Most likely, no one will agree, but I always look for a way that despite Torton's unhappiness about having children, his hatred of art, and his infidelity with Jolina, he returns to Morgana since she is the maternal balance that balances his egocentrism and ambition. Torton is so square, rigid and stoic that I think a big happy and stable family would balance his inability to have lasting bonds, Jolina is flirtatious and a party animal, being a world-famous doctor distracts her in her free time from parties and debauchery. A workaholic and family-oriented Morgana could be that welcome home that I feel Torton lacks I feel that Jolina needs freedom and not exactly next to Torton I see her traveling alone around the world mainly luckypalms, maybe she steals money from Torton. I feel that the sims that are too compatible are too perfect for me. Sometimes I prefer couples that, despite how complicated and counterproductive it may be, complement each other. Dying alone or living full of abundance next to a woman just as hardworking as me, of course tolerating the children that I don't want but appreciate and in the future they will inherit my fortune XD I also make Morgana's mother the adopted daughter of Pappy Wolf to link her to the dispute over the lands of Moonlight Falls since Torton wants to be the head of a megacorporation, he could help the poor wolves against the exclusive van Gould.
Agree! Wish it was do-able to have sims reconsider some of their traits or at least have them compliment each other a bit more (for example, it not being impossible to have family oriented and dislikes children - sim has bad experiences or trauma with family, and low expectations for how they will deal with children but yearns for a healthy family life if possible as to come full circle and right the wrongs of their past)
I've always interpreted. Dislikes children as dislikes toddlers and babies. My solution would be for them to adopt. Because their relationship isn't bad by its self. They have high relationship with each other. Theirs no reason to slipt them when theirs other solutions.

On my first the sims3 gameplay my sim had an affair with Thorton and I remember I was kind of shocked when I found out he had a wife. I actually adore Morgana, she's such a kind soul and honestly really nice. She deserves better.
In my game they were my favourite family in the history of the sims. I had the most fun with them, most of it accidental when their first son died as a child. It created a huge story for them which sprung from that one event and it happened when I wasn't playing them due to story progression. I keep them together. I love them. Thornton became my favourite ever sim and I actually cried when he died of old age 😂 it was chaotic but also had so many lovely moments. Morgana ended up with her own gallery.
I kinda did all three, Morgana got pregnant, so Thornton had an affair with Jamie, they divorced when she caught him, I moved her into a much smaller house and she had twins (I wasn't expecting there to be two babies but pregnancy is always unpredictable, haha.) Now she's raising her kids by herself, working her way up the hospital career path, paints for a hobby, and when her kids get old enough, I might try getting her a new boyfriend, or maybe she'll really be living her best life as a competent single mom.
the way i constantly renovated their house every few months on new saves so i could place the lalondes from homestuck in it lmao it was too perfect of a pre-build
I lovee Morgana. In my game they remained married and did have children. (They loaded as vampires for me as I started with the supernatural pack). Morgana definitely was the one to raise her children however Thorton in my game only wanted his kids purely for dynastic reasons. Aka keeping wolff manor with the Wolffs. All his kids hated him and he did cheat eventually. Morgana moved on from him and he ended up dying😅. She basically rules over the Wolff’s in my game as a sort of Governess/Clan leader as the eldest.
I think I might be the only person here who'd aim for reconciliation with these two... is that strange? Maybe it's just because I think Thornton is sympathetic in his own way and if he gets over himself, that equates to working through his childhood trauma... plus they can be werewolves together. :p
I always have Thornton agree to one child, it even fits the perfect image he’s going for. But then either they find out she’s having twins or he just has last minute cold feet and he leaves her. It’s not easy on Morgana especially since that house has some high bills but I also definitely think the house was Thornton’s idea.

Whether you want children or not isn't really something you should compromise about. It's a massive factor in a relationship's viability. If you disagree on something that integral about a future together, you're probably just not compatible.

Everytime I would try to make them woohoo to make babies my game would crash and would never work 😭. And this would only happen with them! It’s almost like the spirit of Thornton would possesses my laptop as if to say this isn’t how the story is meant to go lol.
I have to confess something. My favorite save that I still frequently play is a monstrosity of a household containing 32 sims (thanks, modders!) that began from this family. I played the most unhinged, toxic storylines I could possibly imagine, I created a whole drama about these two being absolutely toxic and abusive to each other, having 5 kids, abandoning them at some point (please don’t blame me, it was obviously Thornoton’s idea), got extremely attached to them and continued the legacy. I’m on the 3rd generation now and my game takes usually about 40 minutes to load. It takes me about 3 hours to play 1 in-game day. No I am never gonna have any less sims in my household. I’m sticking with this until my computer meets his demise.
It seems so serendipitous that you just released this video as I just started playing the Wolffs 3-4 days ago and had never had any interest in them before. However, I changed one of Thornton's traits to make him "flirty" and he has already gone on a date with Jamie Jolina TWICE autonomously! I turned my back on him for seconds and that's what he did! Soooo, I'm just going to let the drama unfold as it's evidently destined to. Don't worry though, I will make Morgana happy in the end. It may be a struggle getting her there, but she'll be a better woman for it in the long run.
I used to have one of husbands cheat and have kids with another sim and that sim that had the kids was Morgana. I didn't know her life was that sad so now i am thinking of having the husband divorce his wife and talk Morgana into divorcing her husband so they can be together. I also want to make another save as well so i can make one sim and have them run away together. There are so many possibilities with her.
this is kinda random but i’ve been playing my sims in sunset valley for like 5 generations now. thornton happened to turn into a vampire (and is still very much alive) so i was for some reason under the impression that he’s always been one. so you can imagine my shock when i realized he had a wife 💀
i remember playing with this family when i was younger bc i liked their house.. i ended up taking all the paths, had them have a kid, thornton had a thing with someone else because he resented morgana, she found out, divorced him, raised her kid on her own while still having a career and was happy in the end, i really miss playing the sims 3 just because of her tbh
I moved the Frio brothers to a different house and moved my sim into theirs, then in the lot next door I made an outdoor home that was 2 unfinished walls for the toilet, sink, mirror and fire alarm then put the basics needed without walls and a skeeball thing and the trampoline for more entertainment than just the TV or stereo provides. Then I added a sim with 0 Simoleans and dirty looking clothes as the resident. Before the day was through Morgana had come to visit and stayed until she was about to pass out and she kept coming over after and even gave him flowers once. My sim made friends with him so I could track him on the map, and one party both him and Morgana was there, so I had my sim convince him to kiss Morgana and she did not get mad at him This video explains much.
After watching your video I wanted to make Morgana happy. Turns out they saved their marriage, they have a child and Thornton has autonomous actions towards his kid and also wishes, he also has the faithful moodlet. Now morgana is pregnant with their second child.
I’m here I’m here! What do we have in store today Mrs Lore?? Edit: I can picture a story already with this family. Morgana really wants to make something of her life since she’s discovered her husband isn’t the man she thought he was. She begins to pursue a hobby of painting and begins expanding her social circle, all while continuing to build her career in medicine. However because of her newfound passion, Thornton Wolff isn’t all too thrilled his wife isn’t going along with his desires of being a “perfectly happy married couple.” Whilst Morgana’s out and about making herself happy, Thornton seeks an outlet of his own, in the form of Jamie Jolina. One day Thornton plays it too close and is caught with Jolina at a party Morgana is hosting for her friends. Morgana, not wanting to jump to divorce, simply leaves Thornton and must decide whether to attempt to reconcile or to leave her unfaithful husband and continue to focus on herself.
I wish them both the best. I think they can part amicably, and both can find what they need and want in order to feel fuilfilled. Regardless, these two aren't compaditable. So, it's time to do what's mature and split. :) Good luck to both!
I recreated the wolffs (and jamie) in the sims 4 and gave morgana a happy ending. She divorced thornton and took their son with her to live with her friend who she eventually married and had two more kids with. She's now a great grandmother and is retired with her wife in henford on bagley
my wolff family file: morgana “accidentally got pregnant” and now runs a home daycare. thornton finding out about the pregnancy freaks out and cheats with jaime. he comes clean to morgana they break up. she is now married to leighton sekemoto and raising their kids together!
interrestingly, in a Sims 3 for Console game there is Fryda Wolff who like Thornton also doesnt want children and both have bad relations to their mother(s) So is their mother the reason why they dont want children?
when I played with this family in a custom ts4 savefile, I had Morgana get pregnant and have a boy. Jamie was already pregnant at the start of the savefile with Thornton's son. at the end of the story Morgana and Jamie embraced each other and left Thornton to himself. get that child support money ladies!

Torton is so square, rigid and stoic that I think a big happy and stable family would balance his inability to have lasting bonds, Jolina is flirtatious and a party animal, being a world-famous doctor distracts her in her free time from parties and debauchery. A workaholic and family-oriented Morgana could be that welcome home that I feel Torton lacks I feel that Jolina needs freedom and not exactly next to Torton I see her traveling alone around the world mainly luckypalms, maybe she steals money from Torton.
I feel that the sims that are too compatible are too perfect for me. Sometimes I prefer couples that, despite how complicated and counterproductive it may be, complement each other. Dying alone or living full of abundance next to a woman just as hardworking as me, of course tolerating the children that I don't want but appreciate and in the future they will inherit my fortune XD
I also make Morgana's mother the adopted daughter of Pappy Wolf to link her to the dispute over the lands of Moonlight Falls since Torton wants to be the head of a megacorporation, he could help the poor wolves against the exclusive van Gould.

Wish it was do-able to have sims reconsider some of their traits or at least have them compliment each other a bit more (for example, it not being impossible to have family oriented and dislikes children - sim has bad experiences or trauma with family, and low expectations for how they will deal with children but yearns for a healthy family life if possible as to come full circle and right the wrongs of their past)

I've always interpreted. Dislikes children as dislikes toddlers and babies. My solution would be for them to adopt. Because their relationship isn't bad by its self. They have high relationship with each other. Theirs no reason to slipt them when theirs other solutions.
Particularly adopt a teen or child. Skipping the disliked stages entirely.
If they had a low relationship then I'd divorce them but they don't. Outsite of that one thing they seem to love each other.
In my game, story progression had them adopt which I thought was funny because I never controlled them but I knew that Thortan disliked children. 😂

On my first the sims3 gameplay my sim had an affair with Thorton and I remember I was kind of shocked when I found out he had a wife.

Cool concept! I always make up my own story but you inspired me to utilize these townies!
In my game they were my favourite family in the history of the sims. I had the most fun with them, most of it accidental when their first son died as a child. It created a huge story for them which sprung from that one event and it happened when I wasn't playing them due to story progression. I keep them together. I love them. Thornton became my favourite ever sim and I actually cried when he died of old age 😂 it was chaotic but also had so many lovely moments. Morgana ended up with her own gallery.
I almost feel like we need a spin off of the Littler let's play now, giving Morgana what she deserves.
I kinda did all three, Morgana got pregnant, so Thornton had an affair with Jamie, they divorced when she caught him, I moved her into a much smaller house and she had twins (I wasn't expecting there to be two babies but pregnancy is always unpredictable, haha.) Now she's raising her kids by herself, working her way up the hospital career path, paints for a hobby, and when her kids get old enough, I might try getting her a new boyfriend, or maybe she'll really be living her best life as a competent single mom.
the way i constantly renovated their house every few months on new saves so i could place the lalondes from homestuck in it lmao it was too perfect of a pre-build
I lovee Morgana. In my game they remained married and did have children. (They loaded as vampires for me as I started with the supernatural pack).
Morgana definitely was the one to raise her children however Thorton in my game only wanted his kids purely for dynastic reasons. Aka keeping wolff manor with the Wolffs.
All his kids hated him and he did cheat eventually. Morgana moved on from him and he ended up dying😅. She basically rules over the Wolff’s in my game as a sort of Governess/Clan leader as the eldest.
*She also had more children after leaving Thorton in my game as she’d completely moved on from him.

I saw a video about Morgana on tiktok yesterday and i was thinking about her omggg😍
I always have Thornton agree to one child, it even fits the perfect image he’s going for. But then either they find out she’s having twins or he just has last minute cold feet and he leaves her. It’s not easy on Morgana especially since that house has some high bills but I also definitely think the house was Thornton’s idea.

Whether you want children or not isn't really something you should compromise about. It's a massive factor in a relationship's viability. If you disagree on something that integral about a future together, you're probably just not compatible.

Oh god you just described my life. My real life. I’m trapped in a scary marriage. To put it lightly.
Everytime I would try to make them woohoo to make babies my game would crash and would never work 😭. And this would only happen with them! It’s almost like the spirit of Thornton would possesses my laptop as if to say this isn’t how the story is meant to go lol.
I have to confess something. My favorite save that I still frequently play is a monstrosity of a household containing 32 sims (thanks, modders!) that began from this family. I played the most unhinged, toxic storylines I could possibly imagine, I created a whole drama about these two being absolutely toxic and abusive to each other, having 5 kids, abandoning them at some point (please don’t blame me, it was obviously Thornoton’s idea), got extremely attached to them and continued the legacy. I’m on the 3rd generation now and my game takes usually about 40 minutes to load. It takes me about 3 hours to play 1 in-game day.
No I am never gonna have any less sims in my household. I’m sticking with this until my computer meets his demise.
It seems so serendipitous that you just released this video as I just started playing the Wolffs 3-4 days ago and had never had any interest in them before.
However, I changed one of Thornton's traits to make him "flirty" and he has already gone on a date with Jamie Jolina TWICE autonomously! I turned my back on him for seconds and that's what he did! Soooo, I'm just going to let the drama unfold as it's evidently destined to. Don't worry though, I will make Morgana happy in the end. It may be a struggle getting her there, but she'll be a better woman for it in the long run.

I used to have one of husbands cheat and have kids with another sim and that sim that had the kids was Morgana. I didn't know her life was that sad so now i am thinking of having the husband divorce his wife and talk Morgana into divorcing her husband so they can be together. I also want to make another save as well so i can make one sim and have them run away together. There are so many possibilities with her.

this is kinda random but i’ve been playing my sims in sunset valley for like 5 generations now. thornton happened to turn into a vampire (and is still very much alive) so i was for some reason under the impression that he’s always been one. so you can imagine my shock when i realized he had a wife 💀
i remember playing with this family when i was younger bc i liked their house.. i ended up taking all the paths, had them have a kid, thornton had a thing with someone else because he resented morgana, she found out, divorced him, raised her kid on her own while still having a career and was happy in the end, i really miss playing the sims 3 just because of her tbh

I moved the Frio brothers to a different house and moved my sim into theirs, then in the lot next door I made an outdoor home that was 2 unfinished walls for the toilet, sink, mirror and fire alarm then put the basics needed without walls and a skeeball thing and the trampoline for more entertainment than just the TV or stereo provides. Then I added a sim with 0 Simoleans and dirty looking clothes as the resident. Before the day was through Morgana had come to visit and stayed until she was about to pass out and she kept coming over after and even gave him flowers once. My sim made friends with him so I could track him on the map, and one party both him and Morgana was there, so I had my sim convince him to kiss Morgana and she did not get mad at him This video explains much.

After watching your video I wanted to make Morgana happy.
Turns out they saved their marriage, they have a child and Thornton has autonomous actions towards his kid and also wishes, he also has the faithful moodlet. Now morgana is pregnant with their second child.
Damn, this made me feel WAY too many feelings for Morgana (and she was already a Sunset Valley fave of mine!)

Edit: I can picture a story already with this family. Morgana really wants to make something of her life since she’s discovered her husband isn’t the man she thought he was. She begins to pursue a hobby of painting and begins expanding her social circle, all while continuing to build her career in medicine.
However because of her newfound passion, Thornton Wolff isn’t all too thrilled his wife isn’t going along with his desires of being a “perfectly happy married couple.”
Whilst Morgana’s out and about making herself happy, Thornton seeks an outlet of his own, in the form of Jamie Jolina. One day Thornton plays it too close and is caught with Jolina at a party Morgana is hosting for her friends.
Morgana, not wanting to jump to divorce, simply leaves Thornton and must decide whether to attempt to reconcile or to leave her unfaithful husband and continue to focus on herself.
I wish them both the best. I think they can part amicably, and both can find what they need and want in order to feel fuilfilled. Regardless, these two aren't compaditable. So, it's time to do what's mature and split. :) Good luck to both!
I recreated the wolffs (and jamie) in the sims 4 and gave morgana a happy ending. She divorced thornton and took their son with her to live with her friend who she eventually married and had two more kids with. She's now a great grandmother and is retired with her wife in henford on bagley

my wolff family file: morgana “accidentally got pregnant” and now runs a home daycare. thornton finding out about the pregnancy freaks out and cheats with jaime. he comes clean to morgana they break up. she is now married to leighton sekemoto and raising their kids together!

interrestingly, in a Sims 3 for Console game there is Fryda Wolff who like Thornton also doesnt want children and both have bad relations to their mother(s)
So is their mother the reason why they dont want children?
when I played with this family in a custom ts4 savefile, I had Morgana get pregnant and have a boy. Jamie was already pregnant at the start of the savefile with Thornton's son. at the end of the story Morgana and Jamie embraced each other and left Thornton to himself. get that child support money ladies!
