This keeps happening because a few of us want to have the ability to carry guns.
That is not why, and I’m not even against regulation. Guns being present make it easier but it’s not the cause.
Nothing is actually stopping you. The question is, does everybody who wants to carry a gun actually have the training and emotional control to be of use with their weapon in a stressful situation...
