When Nashville happened everyone was upset because no one was saying it's pronouns, so at this point I really don't care what people say about the shooters sexual orientation. Stop running defense for the shooters, it's disgusting
I agree. How brainless do you have to be to attack an entire, already disenfranchised, group of people for the actions of one person? It's fair to call out violence, but no one cares when it's nothing but cis people for decades, all of a sudden one trans shooter makes things like gender affirming care somehow responsible for school shootings on rightwing media. Anything to distract from the one thing that unequivocally connects every single last one of these shootings.

Legislation can change this, BUT PEOPLE keep voting for those that want greater access to guns. should we care about a couple more people being killed, especially in a Kentucky or Florida or Tennessee? Since city gun owners do not have a place to hunt, why not just open a free inside target range and use rubber bullets? Couldn’t that place support itself if the place held competition target shooting for a money prize? Do they make reusable rubber bullets for this type of shooting? It would give officers a place to practice their marksmanship and the sane public gun owners a way to enjoy practice without leaving their city. It might could offer the video experts a real challenge that doesn’t kill anyone. Think outside the box

Closing gun shops isn't going to solve anything. Do you know how many guns are currently out on the streets currently legally owned and not legally owned? More cameras are not going to prevent anything either. The police said in there report this man talked to someone right before he did it at work. They dont have fast enough response to prevent something like that in that short amount of time. Just like a camera isn't going to stop gun violence, would just capture more video of it and let's face it people like this aren't trying to get away with anything. They usually all end in the same outcome, the perp being killed. The only thing that will help prevent this (not stop) but prevent, is a change is of heart. This man obviously was a decent member of society until this having a job at a local bank. Not just anyone can get a job there so I'm sure he was brought up decent and had somewhat of a normal life. Guns dont kill people, people do is the bottom line here.
