    I love this channel for my favorite step workouts. Unfortunately, there haven't been such for a long time and the video format is changing, which upsets me a lot. 😢😢😢
    I continue to train with the old step workouts. Ana is lovely girl, but I need Yana. 🙏

    I love this new format! Thanks a lot, Ana ❤ It looks quite challenging but I'll give it a try 😊 The workout is pretty short so I'll just give it my all 😉 Can you please also create a video with a warm-up and a cool-down? 🙏 It would be great to use before and after this kind of HIIT workout.
