I've been listening to this meditation for a week and after years of needing "white noise" to help me fall asleep, I no longer need that noise and I seem to wake up refreshed. It's been 3 months since I wrote this and continue to benefit from hearing Rabbi Laibl's voice. What a blessing this has been. 💝

thank you so much for this. i have tried meditations from india and then, the chanting gets me worried that I may be praying to Vishnu or Buddha, chas v'shalom. fine for people from India ......I am so happy you posted this

Loving the Kosher Meditation. Toda raba, my friends. Very powerful.
Can you explain what would make a meditation not kosher please? I'm very curious, not antagonistic..Im living in Israel at the moment and the kosher and not kosher is a little confusing.
Just the thought that a meditation can be approved by rabbis, much in the sense in which a Muslim might call something halal.
Deborah Lambson it may be hard to see at first, but much if meditative techniques are based on an under lying philosophy. For more questions I'd suggest rabbi Aryeh Kaplan's jewish meditation.

I have new revelations on the wisdom of Torah, it's hard to understand and presents many tests but it is divine, though I still don't think we should only prayer using torah it definitely has a great healing truth I am humbled by my misunderstanding and thankful that I now see. The torah shall be the trees the mushrooms the plants all life we see round is again to the one hu sees

It doesn't need to be changed, other books can be written but they cannot be additions to the Torah though they can help our spiritual growth. I understand how someone could misunderstand it, it's meaning is subtle, wholistic and dynamic calling in us also to question Hashem makes some not understand at some point then the understand causes it to be there or away, all we can do is pray, no harm was truly done HaShem makes it karmaless

imo surrounding your worship of God with the Torah is a way to death, if you truly love God, don't follow the Torah, because God will speak to you directly, just remember God all the time, in everyone and everything,
