And how would you know how well his mind muscle connection is? Do you feel his muscles contract? You can be doing a work out completely wrong and wouldn't know it for years. And that's on yourself. Now tell me how you would possibly know that his mind to muscle connection is on anothet level? That's a great way to tell everyone you don't know what mind to muscle connection actually means.

The first time mind muscle connection was brought to my attention was when my high school strength coach presented the topic to me after observing my weight workouts. That was in 1977.I also recall discussing it with Charles Gaines. the author of Pumping Iron about a year later, when asking him what it was like working out with Arnold. He articulated that Arnold seemed to be able to get more results than most people because of how his mind was inside the muscles. And then of course there's the multitude of books an articles that quote Arnold making reference to the same. So. yeah, if just means 45 years ago, then yeah, I just learned about it...🤣

And I train for 2 decades too and I cann assure you don't need anything of these BS exercise. This is calisthenics and has nothing to do with Bodybuilding and wonì't get you anything near to what this dude looks like (he takes gear) and neither what is shown in the clickbait thumbnail (also steroids/juice). You really think that just doing some easy pushups for tricep bent on a bar will get you massive triceps? LOL I got massive triceps by doing progressive overload over years and maximum time under tension with high loads. This won't get you anywhere
Did natural powerlifting & bodybuilding in my day. Everyone in my past (& myself) complains about bad joint problems & injuries. These videos on body weight training is the way to go!!! I tell all the young kids train this way for life and you will not regret getting older!
powerlifting is an issue, bodybuilding isn't if done right.
@@waffen7408 Defo, Way to many people reducing there reps and increasing that weight thinking that they will get strength gains. Glad the industry is clearing up all the madness.
Industry is still a mess and always will be with all these fake fraudsters. Heavy weight is still essential, just not everyday. I even do 1-2 reps sometimes just do test strength and have some fun moving up, but 6-12 rep range is ideal, proper form, no momentum, etc. But of course, sometimes momentum can assist, it just depends on how it's done...

Nice work, my brothers. I'm just finishing up my first year of calisthenics. I had no idea. I'm sold now. I'll be 61 in a couple of weeks. I'm a retired fireman. I've had back surgery, hand surgery, and a hip replacement. I'm in the best shape of my life. Calisthenics is for real.

Those bicep inverted rows probably pump up your forearms as well due to the false grip
It's a good way to isometrically build up the wrist flexors (like you can see in the video Shredda's got massive forearms, bro is like the black popeye)

The guy that ran past at 2min, just water weight, powerpuff=probably couldn't do a single pull up. Crazy definition on Shreddas biceps during that last exercise, the knowledge is incredible. That's a great superset x 5 to 10 rounds

@@bigfun7372 Search for "sour tamarind" or if you don't like sour stuff, you can get "sweet tamarind." They look like little dry caterpillars, hahah, but inside the shell they're kind of chewy and really sweet, with a hard stone you can spit out. You can also get them in a kind of block, but yeah I'd recommend getting them in a box. Hope you enjoy them, bro. 💪😎

ok maybe first explain why is it good to try your arms every day? Why is it good to train any of your muscle everyday? Infact its noot good and you can listen to this guy and do those exercises which are perfectly fine but doing them everyday without giving some time to rest your muscles especially if you just started to work out will be a huge mistake. And dont think you get jacked like this guy in few months, we are talking years and probably 5 years or more with a big ammount of discipline,good sleep and a certain ammount of good quality food you need to know for yourself how much your body needs a day. No hate man but I think someone who have no experience in working out and have just started they need to know this because Im sure they have a wrong picture of it just like I did just like everybody does at the start. I just wish someone told me those things before

Fact is, the science lies...
You can train your muscles like these every day... you train max. 60 minutes the hole body.
You have 23 hours for rest..
That's more than enough.
But, if you train with weights in a gym with max. Weights for 1-3 reps, you need more time for rest.
@@svenwalther135 I have 23 hours for rest? only time you take rest is when you sleep,most of people do have jobs and things they need to take care of during the day so there is not much time to take a 23 hours rest. And please go and try to train like that everyday and tell me in a month how you feel.
Training the right way for example executing the movements the right way with full range of motion will get you tired as well as lifting weights in the gym and its called callistenichs which through out the years people do it and still practising the same method of resting like they would normaly do with the weights and none of them advertise to do them everyday so good luck with that.
And please can you refer to a article or some sort where you proved actually that science lied?

I've been telling people for the past 20 years now that YOU DO NOT NEED HEAVY WEIGHTS to get bigger. Size is all about the reps and body weight reps is the best because the if you are doing 100 reps every other day for a muscle and you gain 10 pounds of muscle in 5 months that means that your body has to accommodate that extra 10 pounds of weight which then means the same 100 reps now needs to deal with an extra 10 pounds; as an example ...
Nobody naturally gains 10 pounds of muscle in 5 months man. The science of the body just doesn't work like that. Maybe 2 pounds in that time, the rest is fat if you're gaining weight that fast.

Yep i do at least 200 pull ups and dips whenever i hit the gym and i went from 170 to 205 in under a year and half.. and it never gets easier because im actively gaining weight.. and im 6”5
@@Dreweybaby EXACTLY ! A surplus of protein, as you gain more mass, even while doing the same number of reps will still yield more mass !! It ain't about how much you can lift. The reps is what causes the size.
@@markettradinggenius yea but i do both.. i do weight training and 5-10 pull ups and dips inbetween each set instead of resting.. so by the time i leave cuz im tired i end up doing a good 180-200 pullups n dips

Shredda The Teacher!!! My man Shredda is right, Calisthenics is the Best. I got more bulkier & stronger from the Calisthenics than I did when I lifted weights. Also to add, Calisthenics is more natural to the body. Coming up back in the days, we didn't have gyms. When the gyms opened up, we couldn't afford it. All we did was workout outside. With the Calisthenics, I add the jump rope. I love those unicorns, I'm going to try those. My man Master Shredda turned into "Mr Miogi" teaching "Grasshopper" some lessons. Good Stuff!!!
