    One thousand push ups a day is like the beginning of strength.. Then do running, pull ups, and lots of reading the best books for your job. Bodybuilders are massive but the money for weights and gas can be spent on books.

    Crazy bc I developed carpal tunnel from push-ups, all palm's down, stressful on the wrist. Now I have to use wraps in order to get a proper workout. Use This method here and didn't feel any pain smh
