Can you build size by just doing pullups and pushups ( I.e having the same physique as someone who lifts weights )
Good question, probably not unless you do weighted calisthenics some too. You will have an amazing looking body though doing just calisthenics especially if you do a lot of volume(100's of reps) and make sure your eating enough.. l am a hybrid, l do both calisthenics and weight training. I personally think weighed calisthenics can get you the best body but it's the hardest of the three
@@adairmorgan3386what is hard about doing couple less pull ups with weight? I do weighted calisthenics is nothing harder than normal. Just less volume.
@@ogside484 it depends on how much less volume you do... try doing weighted calisthenics with the same or nearly the same volume as without , with proper form too and you'll see what l mean
Yes just make sure you consume high calories overall and that you remain in calorie surplus
