If you'd like to know more, you can search online later for this error: INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE
Many times the following error "Your PC Ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you." makes a lot of trouble for you and it does not even let you login. It automatically goes into the infinite restart loop mode. So here is the solution.
Eventually this error message stands for a very short time. So when you start your system, this error pops up like for a second and then suddenly restarts the system.
So after the error pop up, immediately system restarts and then starts this "Automatic Repair". After sometime it starts "Diagnosing your PC" and finally when it finds out there is nothing to do more, comes up with these tow options "Restart and Advanced Option".
So Before going into the Advanced option for resolving this issue, let me tell you why this situation comes.?
There are multiple reasons which includes,
1) Changes in registry
2) Recent changes in Hardware of the system.
3) Any recent driver insatllation which went wrong.
4) Improper shutdown of the system which includes forcefull shutdown.
Once you go to the "Automatic Repair" screen and Restart the system, it comes with the same error and end up there again only. So Go to the "Advanced Option".
Select the "Troubleshoot" option. Here there are multiple options "Refresh your PC", "Reset your PC", "Microsoft Diagnostics and Recovery toolset" and "Advanced Options". Click on "Advanced Options" as the other options are not going to help you.
Under the "Advanced options" there are again multiple options. "System Restore" which is help full only if you have created a Restore Point. "System Image Recovery" is help full only if the Image Recovery is created. Both these options are not going to help me here as i didnt created both. We already did "Startup Repair" and "Startup Settings" contains different options.
So click on fourth option "Command Prompt" and from here we are going to restore the registry to the previous state prior to the changes.
Go to following Location "C:\Windows\System32\Config\RegBack" and copy all the following files "Default", "SAM", "Security", "Software" and "System" to the previous directory that is "C"\Windows\System32\Config". Before copying these files to the Config folder, please take the back from Config folder.
Once you restore the registry files, restart your system. And magically your system will start again normally.

@@zaidaltayar1712 no theres actually you process you need to do. In simple terms, it is called like installing a new windows again. Its like a manual factory reset. In most cases you gon lose all your data. If you’re laptop is not so secured, chances are that you gonna get get your files back. But i guess youll lose the warranty if you do it on your own. Anyway its not an issue to worry about. You can do it on your own too. Youll just need another laptop and a pendrive.

Thanks for this video. It did not help me personally, but I learnt something new from it; particularly restoring RegBack. Had exact problem. After reapplying thermal fluid to my gtx 970 gfx card, windows would crash at startup and couldn't get to the user selection screen. Tried everything from the suggestions in this video including other suggestions from other websites and microsoft. Even tried to reinstall windows with clean install, but still couldn't get windows to startup. Eventually, it turned out that I had reversed the cable connection on my gfx card. I reverted the connection to the original settings and now windows is working again. I have to reinstall many programmes again, but at least the pc and windows work. Make sure all hardware settings and connections are as they were when windows was working correctly if you have made changes to any hardware, before trying anything else. Thanks again for the video.

the video was so helpful but in my other pc the same problem happened and I tried this method but there was no backup files in RegBack folder or c:windows\..\config
egback directory, if this happens on yr computer the best option is to try " reset PC " option then you can choose weather to keep your files or not but I was using grub.. so I wasn't able to do that.
the last option that I had was to create Bootabe usb and reinstalling windows, this way you can't keep your files and settings, it will install a new windows but you can get all your saved files in folder "c : windows.old" directory.
Literally saved my life.. working on a major project while this happened, and I thought I was screwed.. Thank you soo much for the video.. Even while watching the video, I was kinda scared if I will lose the files , thankfully nothing was deleted 😀😁.. can't thank you enough 😀😀

My laptop doesnt have any files in the RegBack directory... what shall I do?
I fixed this issue by unplugging everything connected to the laptop such as usb receiver or charger cable then pressed the power button to shutdown the laptop. When I opened the laptop it worked fine and this issue was gone. Before this issue started, I had trouble with my WIFI. By which I could not find anything related to WIFI, so I had to reset the drivers by holding down the power button for 60 seconds which solved the WIFI Problem forever but started this issue. Windows 10 is buggy, I never had any problems like this with Windows 8 or 7.

I have tried reinstalling windows 10 from USB. All went fine. Used the laptop for 10mins and the "your pc ran into..." popped again and now am back with the same problems...ppfftt

Changed my hdd and ssd. Charger/battery checked. Its still does this after about 20mins of usage after a fresh windows install. Maybe the RAM is faulty or the motherboard/processor itself. Gonna send it to a friend to test the RAM separately just to get an idea. Thanks for your concern bro

So mine just restarted. But i went into to search for ypdates and there was one error so I just installed it because it said to...and it downloaded and resarted and all waa fine. But it was a bit scary since this screen happened two times in a row.
