My laptop when I do that doesnt give me a "reset this pc" option.. when I click on troubleshoot it forces me into "advanced options" and when I back out and try clicking trouble shoot again it keeps forcing me into advanced....

Apparently at one of the steps 1:21 you chose Leave my files and therefore the old account data remained.
You need to start from the beginning and need to select Remove all

Perhaps your Windows is controlled by a Microsoft account.
Do you know what account you have on your PC?
local or Microsoft?

I have done reset but 2 hour process not finished, it showed there is a problem in reseting & showing to cancel
