I had heard people talk about breathwork that can cause a slight psychedelic effect, and I never really bought into it… Until now. This breathwork made me feel a very particular way as though I could feel my lungs in a good sense. They felt like clouds in my chest. Very soft and delicate. And the inside of my eyelids turned into the most fantastic color show I’d ever seen. When I finally opened my eyes, every single color was as vibrant as when I was a young kid. Wow.
