I have been your early subscriber and whatever you are doing is very informative but also helpful.Thank you . I have 2 requests . Please do a podcast like session from various speciality doctors in various posts , preferably from registrars and consultant, so as to know about their life, hospital work ,work like balance, children and family life perspective, education, life after ILR , so that people who migrate now can know where they can be in future, and can make a informed decision. 2. Please make a video about doctors who migrate to Middle East and Australia from UK.
Hi
I just recently started watching u r video’s or rather I’d say binge watching them to understand the system and how can I come and get my things done. It’s all new to me and your are doing a good job at explaining them easy. I would like to thank you from bottom of my heart or I would rather say cheers mate. I hope you keep doing such videos and help people like me in achieving the dream.
Thank you so much, means a lot.
Sir, i am planning to finish my EDAIC exam by next year, is it a viable option to join this mti initiative after that? Or does it make sense to join as a specialist directly
Is going to MTI pathway only for taking Paces a good choice? Because I have seen plenty of my seniors failed in paces who have only subcontinent exposure
Hello, people have tried that.
However if you only plan for exam sake, better to take courses & apply exams.
If you want to see how NHS works please go ahead with MTI.
@@UKDreamers So MTI is not a good idea for exam sake?
@Taufiq definitely not.
It's a lot more challenging to migrate, adapt.
Not worth it if you only want PACES sorted.
@@UKDreamers Again... How long does it take to get into MTI pathway after completion of MRCP part 2? How certain is that, I can get into MTI pathway? ... And if I go through MTI pathway, can I avail free NHS service?
Hello @Taufiq , the application take roughly 6 months time.
Getting a post is entirely dependent in your interview, so no certainty in getting a post.
You would be paying the health surcharge so you would be able to avail NHS.
Hello first of all everything on video is perfect! I want to ask my situation and I pleasure your help .
I am on training of obs and gyne for 12 months , I hadn’t any work experience still mti work for me ? If it isn’t, what can I do , I am searching for weeks but I so confused
Hi,
Is this MTI same as doing fellowships in UK ?
Hi Dr.Aman, I have 4years of experience in OBGYN and cleared part 1. Can you suggest me if MTI is good or else finding a job as clinical fellow is good after gmc registration?
So sir, If I come to UK as an MTI can I write mrcpch staying ther during mti and after 24months of mti stay back with a job offer and change my visa to tier 2
You could, but please don't discuss this when u appear for MTI interviews.
Can I write msra exam for gp training if i come through mti gmc registration
If you secure a CREST form, you can.
Hello dr Aman! thank you for the nice video. Can a mti scholar get into a GP training by signing the CREST and taking the MSRA exams, as he/she is already gmc registered via mti! Is it mandatory to complete your MTI training if u r willing to get into gp speciality ?
Hello,
You can try for GP as long as you have crest form + score good on MSRA.
It's not mandatory to complete 2 years if mti, you could leave anytime after 6 months.
Best wishes
Is mrcs or plab route required for giving msra exam, or just gmc through sponsorship are eligible to give exams
Hello sir
I have completed my MBBS in India in 2018. I took a 2 year study break and worked for one year and then took a study break again. Im planning to work for 2 years and then apply for MTI. Will there be any problem with my gaps in employment? Since I read that we need to be in clinical practice for atleast 3 out of 5 years - those 3 years can have gaps or should it be continuous?
Hello,
Ideally you would post graduation training to be eligible for MTI.
MTI isn't meant for fresh graduates.
Go for PLAB instead, quicker & better.
@@UKDreamers Oh okay sir. Thank you for the info!
can you please guide about what sort of position we have to search for that supports MTI? i have no idea what to search on NHS website?
czcams.com/video/msN_c0Px9p8/video.html
Clinical fellow / Senior clinical fellow jobs
How about the rate of getting accepted in MTI? is it very competitive scheme with a lot of applicants yet very limited number of spot available?
Everything is competitive now, any post, any grade.
That's why I've always emphasised on strong CV.
Hi.if you can make a video abt mrcog pathway . Is it possible to join NHS with part 1 completion ? Can we go up to consultant level with MTI pathway ? Lot of questions running in my mind. Plz help me out to get in to nhs. Highly appreciate your respose .thanx
Hi please email me at ukdrvlogs@gmail.com
Is it possible for you to enter into training pathway in UK after mti job, given you clear your mrcp ?
How difficult is it to score a training job over there, can you please guide
Hello,
It is very much possible.
You can find the competition ratio on Health Education England website, just Google it.
As I say in every video it is doable.
Best wishes

Do these countries register mti candidates as board certified?
No, one only gets GMC registration.
After the GMC registration ,would it count if my long term plan is going to practice in Australia....Will they recognise that GMC registration for exemption from AMC exams
Only if you have cleared PLAB & gained GMC.
