Le Mans Ultimate POV - Ferrari GTE at Fuji. New sim, first online race, and a foreign track to me.

- This was my first online race of the new Le Mans Ultimate SIM. So far I am really enjoying this sim but will take some getting used to versus IRACING or ACC. It feels great, but I am still working the bugs out of it as the sim is still feeling like it's a "paid for" beta creation. I don't mind though as my experiences so far have been good and I look forward to seeing where the developers go with this title.
This race went ok but I was a little of pace and completely missed the start as I thought there was a parade lap so definitely got caught off guard. Otherwise was pretty clean and a solid first race.

Your rig and all the props around it like the safety net and rool cage is fantastic, love your vids specialy for that.
Thank you so much! I am constantly trying to think of new ways I can increase immersion … on a relatively low budget. For me half the fun of it is just brain storming ideas and then trying to think of ways to craft the things in my vision. My goal is for the viewer to do a “double take” when they see one of my videos and question whether it looks real or is a sim. I definitely have some improvements to make such as improved monitors and few other smaller things on the list. AS well not all of us have the opportunity and luck to be able to place our butts in a legit GT3 or LMP for time on track so for how this is the best I can do ;)
What kind of monitors you are using?
I am using some relatively low end 27” LG monitors that run at 1080p and max out at 75hz. I think its time to upgrade!
