2 little things that going to improve your carbonara 1 when you broke the eggs make sure to separate the Yellow from the white 2 take only the yellow and only then add the pecorino and a little bit of fat that bacon (guanciale) cut off 3mix it at all and u got you Carbocream Make sure to add the carbo cream before the pasta mixed up with the bacon and use it like a topping over your carbonara, hope you enjoy.
