is our Stroganoff and Alfredo combined as long as it has cream, meat, and cheese.
I do this but I use Tuna and it's so good. This is the affordable version of Carbonara.

@@rinket7779 no one said it’s the “authentic carbonara” it’s specifically captioned as filipino carbonara means it’s not the original recipe. Foods are now diversed and can be recreated the way people want it. As long as it’s not being claimed as authentic then there’s nothing wrong with it. Why was there different versions of pizza then? Some american chefs also tried to recreate Filipino Adobo but failed miserably.
Besides, there was no “condensed milk” used in this video. That was an “evaporated milk” just search it up in case you don’t know the big difference.

I don’t get how it’s carbonara? It’s only similarities are it being a pasta dish, carbonara has no cream mushrooms ham, has no cream onions no butter no garlic and isn’t cooked like this. So I don’t get how it’s carbonara at all?

i would say this is much closer to alfredo than to carbonara
natawa ko sa nakipagtalo sa kin kasi gumamit yung isang content creator ng heavy cream. i said thats no longer filipino carbonara kasi ang mahal nyan and rare. usually nattry ko cream of mushroom + dairy. or etong kay abby na evap + APC. pag gumamit ka ng heavy cream alone, American alfredo na yun. if youll claim na FILIPINO version yung recipe mo, use what most Filipinos use lalo na sa main ingredient. 😂
