My problem with the game is that i go the entire run without any cool synergies 90% of the time and the base gameplay is just boring and its to easy

I really feel like this needed to be said, so thank you.
I hated this game. I wish I could get a refund. I did like 50 runs and only maybe 5 of them felt different. I guess you get passive things but that basically feels like nothing. Maybe I just had bad luck but it was just boring to me....compared to rogue legacy 2 which I bought at same time. I played that game for maybe 50 hours.
Try base game rebirth it has less bloat (poopoo crappy doodoo items) while also having good variety of items and unlocks.
