I just find the game to be OK. I may not fully love it, but I kind of like it. I find the game to be more funny than scary. To give you an example on what I'm saying here is Sometimes when you die, you get this unique visual that's more detailed than the game of something killing John or you just dying and then it cuts back to your Pixelated corpse along with the pixelated thing killing you. And then the game just abruptly cuts to the Mortis death screen with that weird music. For some strange reason, I'm just finding that hilarious. **In My Opinion**: The game is trying Hard to look scary and horrifying, but to me It just comes off as funny. Also, thank God this game’s community is a whole lot more tamer than ultrakill’s.

A lot of people are making a big deal about Doomguys family but honestly, how many stories are there about someone avenging their dead relatives? Hundreds? Thousands? But how many stories are there about someone avenging their pet bunny? 1. Its called unique storytelling people

I think it's worth giving a little extra credit regarding the subject of them not innovating much using details from Deltarune, that being that Deltarune Chapter 1 didn't release until 2ish years AFTER Undertale Yellow officially started development. They likely had the battle code LONG worked out and not worth changing by the time we had enough time to fully experience Deltarune's new systems and take from it what we liked about it more than Undertale's. Even so, I do get that there WAS more they could do to enhance the gameplay, but it was still done as it was VERY well, especially since they never really made use of "soul transformations", but rather soul INHIBITORS, such as a wet floor, or a lasso, which fit perfectly into the gameplay, all without actually having to make the soul change colors, which may feel unnatural given that the game IS meant to be specifically focused on the yellow soul

0:56 As some critique on the video, the cutting here was really awkward. You can absolutely tell that there was a cut to remove either dead air or extra words that you deemed unnecessary. This is fine by itself, as cutting things out usually makes things flow better, but the way it was cut was a bit jarring. I think an extra take using the same mic squeezed in there would be much less jarring. A slight change in how you are speaking is much less off putting than it sounding like a garbled mess (at worst).
