I am in my faja from Dr and still so swollen, I know it's only been a week but my skin hurts. Where can we get the different foams? I only see the white foam on Amazon. You talked about thin gray foams and textured foams in another video. I can't seem to find them. My faja has no room for the 1/2" foams.
@@pattondanielleget a cotton tank before the foams. And drainage lymphatic massages and move slowly (walk) or you might get fibrosis .. you will get better trust me🙏

Make sure you see a lymphatic therapist trained in plastic surgery like Natural Balance Lymphatic healing in Texas. Lymphatic massage is so important.

I’m 3.5 months post op. I’m still experiencing some swelling and pain. Should I wear my Faja again or more. I do put it on from time to time
My surgeon told me 3 months minimum and up to 6 months

So can you still get rid of swollen without reopening the incisions to drain out after lipo ?
Yes! Your lymph systems picks up the fluid and runs it through your kidneys and you urinate out the extra fluid.
