Michele, thank you and Rita so much for this very informative video. I have not had cancer, but I do suffer from water retention in my hands and ankles. I did the video for the first time today and I can feel such a difference! I can make a fist and it isn't painful! I have pain that comes and goes in my thumb, elbow, and shoulder joints that I feel certain is related to the water retention, and I feel strongly that this is going to help that, as well. Looking forward to seeing the same procedure done for the legs, if you manage to get that produced. Thank you again for helping us live better!

I have been doing lymphatic drainage most nights for 5 years now. My right arm is about 25% bigger in size than my left due to axillary clearance and mastectomy. I watched this and realised that what I had been taught was not as comprehensive or as clear as this. I feel better for doing this whilst following your instructions and so now I will take more time to do it slowly with the right amount of pressure and correct direction and hopefully the sleeves of my blouses will not feel so tight and my arm will reduce in size. I also hope that this will reduce the ache and tightness that lymphodema causes. Thank you

This is Wobdeeful..marvelous. Lymphadema cam back on me this Dec. and ive had it a month. Then after a visiteto one of our local hospitals ER’s..I learned there is no therapist in this city of over 70,000 population, for lymphadema any more, I was lucky I guess that it didnt come back but one other time,,,in 2014, a few months after the mastectomy and the massage therapy and compress wrapping of the affected limb.So nkw people have to travel, out of town to another s aller town to get to alymohadema massage therapist. Disgraceful. But niw thanks to you,mi can start my own therapy and hopefully a cure of sorts because I know will be in the knkw of what to do for myself ..and..Anybkdy Else I hear if who needs such therapy in this city and area.!

I fractured my left shoulder and humerus, and am now in physical therapy to regain mobility. Several years ago, I had a radical mastectomy on the left side, and have been careful not to incur lymphedema. However, during my session recently, the physical therapist aggressively prodded, dug in deeply, and pressed on my left armpit, chest area, and arm, attempting to loosen up my shoulder. I now have some swelling, pain, and a tight, heavy feeling in my left arm. Any suggestions? What kind of physical therapist should I go to, who would be experienced in post shoulder/humerus fractures, as well as lymphedema? Thank you.

I have had lymphedema in my leg since 1993. It was not treated in any way until just a couple of years ago. My left leg is easily double the size of the right one, 12 inches larger at the calf. Manual Lymph Drainage has helped my leg.

Thank you for your reply, I wish you wellness.
I read on a website about an experience of transplanting lymph nodes in the armpit of a cancer patient and it was successful.
Did you hear about something like this?
