@@oncopelvicpt Ok, I'll be waiting
Thank you for such a good explanation.
I have lymphedema since 2012.
I am mexican
I hope you find it helpful!
Thank you. I am studying for my Certification as a Cancer Fitness Specialist and lymphatic drainage exercises is a big part of my training.
Wonderful! I’m glad it’s helpful! I have an entire playlist for MLD :)
Thank you again and it is working well with my left arm lymphedema. I have done this every day since I found this in your CZcams. I want to ask if I have to wear my left arm stocking after I have done with this exercise? I have fibrosis and harden on my upper arm.
I’m so happy to hear helping! To manage fibrosis and lymphedema, it’s recommended to wear compression. Check with your lymphedema therapist for individualized recommendation though!
Is there the possibility of detoxification reactions?
That's a nice explanation. well I have a question so should we start the massage from fingers towards the shoulder or from shoulder towards the fingers ?
Hi! With manual lymphatic drainage of the arm, you start at the shoulder and work your way down (the hand movement is always up toward the shoulder)
Thank you so much….
I will start doing this, but it's my right arm that gets tired. I've been using Cetaphil lotion as I do it.
Hi Alex! I have mild lymphatic swollen left arm and have been wearing compression sleeve (arm only) during day time for two years. In the past few months my left hand fingers and palm feel numb. My question: I have been practicing your left arm massage techniques two times a day for more than a month now, can I stop wearing the compression sleeve daily if I keep on practicing the massage?
Hi! Please check with your lymphedema therapist for guidance on wearing compression and if you have the right type of compression. Typically, recommendations are to wear compression daily for lymphedema management.
Is it similar for swelling in the right legs and arms? Thanks!
Hi! I have manual lymphatic drainage videos for the right leg and right arm too! Check out my manual lymphatic drainage playlist for all of the videos
How many times a day do you do this procedure?
Great question! Once per day is good for most people. Make sure you’re also doing the remedial exercises video to supplement this lymphatic drainage routine!
@@oncopelvicpt Will do! ;)
May Jesus Christ be your Lord Blessings from Canada
