I actually like using the greataxes the 1 handed moveset with something like grym greataxe while the fastest or the longest still alongs for some whif punishing if your good with spacing and because of the immense damage from these weapons you can a pretty scary strength tank. the main problem however is that these weapons are slow and often low reach meaning outside of pve it requires you to have certain level of patience and knowledge of spacing to use effectively

Sry mate im not good at ds2. I can only remmber most things about this game because ive played it for 8 yrs. The quality of information for ds3 vidoes would be bad.

something to note about the grym axe is that you can powerstance it with a regular weapon and get a much fuster moveset
