Smart Boost is automatic. And it gets smarter over time with improving the speed
I think it was already enabled. PUBG on the OP6T started off much faster than on my OP6. Only explanation would be the Smart Boost, since that's a feature the 6T has that the 6 doesn't (which is kind of lame, since it's just software). They should bring that feature to the 6, since it has just as much RAM. I don see why it cannot have it.
@@leandrotijink I think smartboost requires the game to have already been loaded in ram at some point and since this was a fresh boot it had to be pulled from internal storage not the ram. So even if he had it on it would not make a signficant difference

Not when you try to do something that requires more speed e.g. AR stuff or games which will be much faster/have higher FPS/quality on the iPhone.
*It did not, though. iPhone XS is much faster,* hence it has much better graphics/FSP, faster applies filters to images, faster video encoding/processing/export, much smoother AR, and so on. The issue is that the guy from the video simply did not test that at all. He has confused the speed to open an application with the speed of the phone.
@@StrangerHappened AR js a gimmick. 98% of smartphones can run anything in the play store and smartphone games aren't getting any better. We have mostly 2D to 2.5D and games that claim "3D" is just 2.5D games. Honestly, playing games on my S7 Edge and note 8, they both run games smoothly with the high presets. We're at a point where more power isn't going to make a massive difference.

@@StrangerHappened There are AR features I admit are pretty cool such as the measurements tape one of my friend used to measure how long an object is, however, when it comes to processing/exporting a video, even a $300 laptop would completely crush the iPhone many times over. While games do run better than the android counterpart, thanks to metal api giving better overhead than open gl, average consumers simply use their phones for social media and simple games that doesn't require top of the line specs to achieve. Manufacturers and chip makers should aim for efficiency over performance simply for those reasons.

Great video! I would recommend launching apps back-to-back as soon as each app loads and time how long the phone takes to get through all of the apps back-to-back. That process would truly test the memory optimization of both phones.

Other differences: one Sim on TMobile vs 2 on factory unlocked version, delayed updates on TMobile, two extra apps on TMobile that you can't remove.
