We have this throughout our North/South open living space. It does show the purple undertone often especially in cooler light, and also (maybe because of how neutral it is? Never have figured it out) comes off much lighter than the LRV suggests. Very delicate color!
Heritage Park just might make me a greenie again! Interesting how it can be so bold yet subtle, beautifully deep but not overwhelming, not hogging all the attention.

Haven't shot photos around it yet (using it as a back wall for a photography and painting studio area), but so far, very nice. Just walked into that room because I'm watching the change throughout the night and day. Very, very nice. You saved me so much time and for that, I can't say thanks enough. Wow, so many thoughts going through my head now on what color I thought i was going to paint our kitchen. I wanted to paint it an antique white, but that White Metal against the gray cabinets...hmmm. I need to get some paint swatches. Thank you for sharing this, very helpful.
This White Metal is the greatest shade of gray of them all. Hands down. It looks a lot like silver-white. But yeah, White Metal is the greatest shade of gray I’ve laid eyes on.
Glad you did a video on Behr paint! Our Benjamin Moore outlet is an Ace hardware that has apathetic employees and a terrible paint dept! Gonna go Behr! :) (Benjamin Moore is out of most of their interior bases around here)
Will this paint work on walls of a walkout basement? The living room has lots of natural light but the bedroom and bathroom have much less natural light.
@@thepaintpeople I have 3 windows south facing but not inundated with the sun a celling fan light at the moment it warm light 💡 . I have bit of sugar which is really nice and crisp for trim. Maybe I should have shaken the sample a little more? I started with supernova way too dark. The diamonds therapy color seems to be closer to the white metal color chip.
I'm looking to paint our living/dining/kitchen walls in White Metal. I'm trying to decide what colors would go well on the kitchen cabinets, the kitchen has white countertops. And there's a small wall in the kitchen that is split horizontal and I'll be continuing the white metal on the top and trying to figure out what color would compliment the bottom half. Should I use the same color for the cabinets and that bottom half of a wall? Help please!
Hi Leah, well you have options. You could go white but you wouldn't want to clash with the white in the counter top. You could choose a lighter or darker version of White Metal. Or you could just a pop of color, like a green. You could also treat the bottom half of that kitchen wall like an accent wall if you want a pop there. Really just depends on what colors you like.
Can someone recommend me a paint color that is lighter than white metal? I’ve seen a color before that is so light gray that it appears white if you’re not paying enough attention to it.

My wife picked White Metal for the home office along with white furniture and highlighted with pink drapes. Worked out pretty well.
Would look awesome with pink!

I have no idea why it’s so dark in my room on the test paint out I primed first and picked the bit of sugar for trim.
