This video makes a 5 minute job insanely complicated for absolutely no reason. I perfectly replaced the driver's side bulb in my 2007 without removing any bolt or part other than the bulb itself.

Please explain how, there is no access to the the headlight bulb socket without pulling the housing back.

I love the way GM makes life so easy for mechanics! This is the main reason I went to Fords years ago! Working on GM vehicles will really test your patience!

I was able to reach my passenger side headlight from just removing part of the inner fender well to reach in. Just a FYI. A 10 mm and two 7 mm bolts and 2 push clips

Seems like an awful lot of work when one can simply reach in next to the washer fluid reservoir (drivers side) without removing anything but the bulbs or for the passenger side remove the 4 screws for air filter cover, pop it off and you have the same access as you had on ghee drivers side. I wonder if this method, removing the grille and partially removing the inner fenders is what one would do when or if one is paid hourly....my way both sides under ten minutes and done

This makes Chevy look bad. You're telling me I have to take my truck k apart just to change a lamp. This is supposed to be done on the run.

I started following these directions, then realized all I needed to do was take off the cowling and remove the airfliter reach in and pull the bulb out on my 2013 Silverado. The drivers side I just have to move the windshield washer tankout of the way
