I have 3 girls and we’ve not been able to go on holiday for a few years due to my youngest being so poorly, but we’re finally going away this summer and I’ve been having a flop not knowing what to take!

We're an Australian/Norwegian family and we end up packing really light for hot destinations (I swear my boys just live in swimshorts on holiday😂) then for Norway we pack everything, the weather is so unpredictable there. It's freezing in the winter but can still get really cold in the evenings during summer. It's so beautiful there, you'll love it!x

Emily Norris we’re doing a long road trip to visit family then an airplane ride later this summer to visit my grandmother! It will be my youngest‘s first plane ride so I’ve been watching what to pack small kids 😂😉

Great video! Cruising is great with kids. I feel like you’re a super organised mum so watching this is great. We’ve been away with our 15 month old 3 times and I feel I’m getting better at the packing...the first trip we took 60kg I’d checked baggage plus carry on 😂😂

You forgot Toothbrush, medicines(emergency), wipes/napkins to wipe face, hand sanitizer & may be some toys or books to keep them busy at airport 😊 by the way share what you & hubby packed, it is really fun to watch! Happy journey! Come to sweden too😊

You tend to put stuff for entertainment during the airport/flight in a carry on because you won't always have your suitcase with you. She did have medicine and the baby wipes can be used anywhere

Crocs are the best. My toddler is the same age like J and he loves to wear it. Very comfy, protects from slipping and if it gets dirty is easy to wash.

I’m only 2 minutes in and just want to say THANK YOU! You mapped out what I had in mind so massive phew that I am not over thinking the packing and I love your organisation. This is a much needed video. I’m planning from two weeks in advance as I have 2 under 2 (covid happened and babies happened to me 😭) and it’s a nightmare doing anything right now with my 18 month old. Awesome travel packing video. I am not a mum yet, almost!! But I do always pack in some washing powder in a small bag. In case you have an emergency and you need to wash something. I would wash it in the bathroom and let it hang dry. :))
Dear Emily, I have 2 suggestions:
1- flip flops for the shower, where I live everyone travels with flip flops to wear in the shower so we don't risk catching any skin disease from other guests
2- cetaphil moisturizer is a miracle for eczema! I use it every day when I'm traveling and prevent the eczema's beginning.

1. I’ll pack some dish soap & Disinfectant, a sponge and cut it into 2 pieces, one for boy’s dishes and one for bathroom cleaning.
2. I’ll also bring swaddle blankets which I may use to cover the boy’s bed as a bedsheet and comforter & bath towel so that my baby’s skin will not touch any the laundrette’s chemicals.
Great tips! The dish soap would be perfect for rinsing a spill out of a t-shirt in our own bathroom as well - thanks! xx
