- The grass is much lower this time of year, which helped me find this sweet spot. I could see what looked like a row of rocks. I grabbed my binoculars and gave it a look. Sure enough it was an old rock foundation! Nothing is more exciting than finding a virgin metal detecting spot. So I grabbed my Minelab Equinox 800 and started to swing my coil. This site has an amazing amount of vintage antiques and relics, cool token and an old coin. Plus I find a BIG piece of silver. So much history saved from one site. I hope you love this episode as much as we loved this treasure hunt.

Love the cameo appearance of Gunner, or when you guys are digging and you all of a sudden see a stick 😅. Great hunt, and lots of great stuff, congratulations.
One of these days, I'm gonna do a video on what a clown show he is. Lol. The things he does to try and stop you from digging so you'll throw his stick. He even knows the good tones. He will be off in the field as soon as he hears the tone he comes running because he knows you're about to stop and dig. His big chance to convince you to chuck his stick.

Wish I could be out hunting with you. An ounce of coin silver is awesome. That token, as you called it, looks like one of those fair rounds you print what you want on it. Not going to be doing any hunting for a while. Blew out the clutch on the Jeep.
I'm always up for a dig! Thinking it is a souvenier token from that mine. They must have custom printed peoples name on them at the gift shop. Good luck on the truck hopefully it won't cost too much.

It's all exciting. I think generally I'd rather have a token unless it's a coin I've never dug. Tokens are more fun, in my opinion, because they are so unique and often send me down some history rabbit hole. Coins are great for dating sites. Plus, a little shiny is always exciting.
@@DirtyMoneymetaldetecting For sure! Thats one thing we have never found is a token of any sort. We have very rich mining history here in Northern Nevada and we have yet to find a dang token!! Great videos and great channel, keep up the good work!
