Welcome back Tactic. Really hope you start posting more vids as I think you have one of the best voices and delivery if any of the WoWs channels I watc. You also provide really good reviews and I love your history segments even on a ship such as this paper fantasy.
Yeah, he's got a voice for radio, if you will, and besides, his sense of humour puts a zing into them.
I'll do my best, but my availability can be pretty rough and sometimes my inspiration is low. Some of these ships are neither historical or even close to something that interests me.😄
I may make a short about Bulletproof, though, to expose it as fake news. It does take ordinary shell damage.

Great review as always. From your review, this one certainly appears to be a good pick for players who like something slightly odd and that others will not exactly know what to expect from it. It does appear to be amongst the best semi-big gun flanking ship we have in the game now with that speed potential.
I do hope in future they do something with that reload though, cuz ouch.

Yeah, that's a fair perspective. I guess you could kind of rationalize it as the flanker that most trades speed for DPM, but yeah... the DPM is rough if you can't one or two punch your target.
The screen goes dark when saying "there are no torpedoes" ...almost in memoriam...love it!

Seems like my kind of ship, quircky and different from the rest, but i don't like the road WG took with French Battlecruisers, the entire line just feels and looks like poor man's Dunkerque/Strasbourg while being way higher in tier, and having slightly altered stats... and that tier 10 ughh....
Anyway always good to see your videos, would love to see more but a man's gotta live, btw i met (and sadely sank) you today, you were in a division with Xarkun, also Chiligames was in a Pobeda in your team, he had a first blood on our CV 😑 I was in République and spent most of the game with a La Foudre, having the only kills in the game, but been nice to see some CCs even in a loss
We gave Chili a hard time about that. The whole point of running Pobeda plus double Rochester was just to see how well we could shut down a carrier and then we had no real purpose in the game. Of course, I did not survive then being rushed by four Georgia, Bismarck, and the two French battleships. No surprise there, other than how many battleships there were on the other side of that island.
@@tacticangel yeah you had no chance basicaly, but your little trick hell of a lot, carrier didn't see the light of the day, yet managed to be only the 7th in the leaderboard, i guess the Georgia knew you since he rushed like a mad man just to get you, ruining both our game in the process, ngl i had a lil bit of hope i could get both Xarkun and the République but Chili ruined my hopes
49.1kt maximum speed currently. After the nerf to Muller's base trait on Monday, top speed will be 48.7kts.
Most French cruisers have a +15% speed boost, but this thing having a +20% makes it the fastest cruiser in the game. With Emile Bertin coming in at a close second with 47.7 and 47.2kts post nerf.
Shame about everything else with this ship, especially being a T8.
That's absurdly fast... but I am a bit sad about the reduction to von Müller's base trait.
Had a feeling this one would fit well in the "Weird Bote Emporium"... and I wasn't wrong, lol
Kept thinking during that whole review that this thing is basically like an old American Muscle Car... Fast in straight line, but the good lord help you if you wanna, ya know, actually turn...

Yep! Most of our ships are down one tier because we generally either don't have the PC tier 1 or 2.

I'll give it a fair shake first, as I like the nippy French bull**** cruisers but I also have a few T7s to buy.......never mind T8s.
Just seems very mediocre to me.
I wouldn't say she's not mediocre. She'll be situational. I don't usually endorse selling ships because they tend to be hard to get back, but I can feel you on the credit crunch. It's going to take me at least two or three updates to get out of mine... and that's assuming they don't keep adding stuff to the game, which seems unlikely.
