I’ve been curious since seeing this on tik tok how the other side of the meat cooks, is that why you put the lid on? Loos outstanding, I’ve been wanting to buy a meat grinder myself!!
Just a suggestion when grinding your own meats. Put it in the freezer for about an 45 min to an hour before you grind. It makes life a lot easier and by the time you are done grinding it is pliable again

I miss your videos....I made these and they were good but next time I won't make the meat on the tortilla. It soaked the meat juice and it was too much grease. I'd do separately then add together....
