Omg we’ve been making the cornflake chicken in our fam for decades! To make it crispy, do it like you normally would with the egg and flour! We dip in flour first, then egg, then the cornflakes and bake in the oven! You can airfry it of course if that’s your preference but the flour and egg are still a must! You can also crunch up the flakes just a tad more and that will help too! The flakes can become more stale than crunchy if the pieces are too big. Sometimes we even add breadcrumbs and extra seasoning to the flakes and that alone takes it up a notch! I hope those tips help! 🤗
Yessss I've recently started eating healthier (trying my best lol) so the healthy wrap I've gotta try. Please, if you can, make some more healthy recipe videos for snacks and dinner!? 🙏🏼🙏🏼

@@FarnumGrindtime spray the tenders with Pam on both sides before tossing in the air fryer. You'll get that crispness with minimal grease.
I use cornflakes every time I fry chicken for the breading. And when I make meatloaf I put smashed up cornflakes in there instead of bread or crackers. It’s so good!!
Yes I use them for regular fried chicken!!!

My Granny has always made chicken fingers with cornflakes! We use ranch watered down just a tiny bit, then cornflakes and pepper ontop.

I used to work in a restaurant and we made our chicken tenders with a cornflake batter. When deep fried and tossed buffalo style, there is seriously nothing better and you won't go back 🔥

Just made this and didn’t put any kind of milk. Just seasoned the chicken and went straight in with the corn flakes. Makes it healthier and it’s definitely crunchy since the milk doesn’t make the corn flakes soggy!

I’ve seen several recipes making a crunch wrap with the flour taco shell, they sprayed both sides with a cooking spray to stop them from getting a black burn. I Love watching you cook and the vlog video you did a month ago was awesome!

ok Jordan, for the buffalo chicken wraps, get some carb smart tortillas (or whatever low carb tortillas they have at your local store. Crush up plain pork rinds OR the hot ones and coat the tenders in that instead of corn flakes, air fry or use a convection oven and you'll have an even lower carb option, you can't taste the pork rind flavor when you use it to coat. I use this ALOT when I am craving fried chicken but trying to stay low carb.

I would mist the chicken strip with EVOO before air frying..i do lots of oven baked meats and it's my trick for a crispy crunch.

Omg corn flakes on chicken. Unlocked a memory there. Weight watchers in the 80’s used this recipe as fried chicken. My mom made it a lot! This looks much better. Making those crackers tomorrow!
I’m a vegetarian and make the same chicken wrap all the time. I use Morningstar chicken nuggets (I cut them up so every bite has some nugget), cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and ranch and it’s the perfect snack, lunch or dinner!! I love these videos because even if I don’t eat the protein I can substitute!

Use the Buffalo sauce in the buttermilk or just instead of the buttermilk so the cereal stays crunchy.

For those chicken tenders I bet if you added corn starch to them they’d be crispier. I coat my wings in them when I cook them in the oven to make them healthier as opposed to deep frying them , and it does help crisp them up (and broiling them).

I have back problems and I know how it is to go through such pain and to not be able to hardly move at all at times. It is terrible!!!!I am glad to see you are up at least. The pain can be so bad. Do you know what is wrong with your back? Have you gone to a doctor or are you doing like my husband and just dealing with it until it gets better?? LOL He finally had to go after being down just as you were. He was given, steroids and muscle relaxers, and it helped him rest but didn't seem to help otherwise. Only time helped him get better. He had the nerve pain going down his leg also. Made it even worse. I hope you get totally over it very soon. Try to take it easy until it feels totally well again. Or you can go back to square one which I am sure you know this. LOL Thank you for another great video.
