I don’t mind velveeta. It’s actually the only kind of boxed Mac and cheese my husband and I eat anymore. Way better than crappy Kraft that has a sweetness to it. I don’t know about veggies and ground beef in Mac and cheese, wouldn’t be my first choice. A Buffalo chicken style sounds amazing! Or chicken bacon ranch 🙆🏻♀️
